GoogleCan't recommend Hotblack Desiato highly enough. They were attentive, readily available and highly professional, and came up with numerous creative solutions to problems that presented in the process of selling my flat. GoogleProbably just because the building manager, but I had: Two years without buzzers, and no reply to the subject, with taking stairs for every person visit me or just deliveries. During the entire covid period when I was there they had never sanitised the communal area, including the laundry room and the shared washing machine. Two years of payment in advance and they stop my process for a new house because of a debt of 21£ which I was not informed at that time.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat experience and straightforward--working especially with Nina and Iona, who were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The quickest and most transparent letting experience I've had in London. They talked me through every part of the process and kept me promptly informed while they negotiated my terms with the landlord. Much appreciated service in London's sometimes crazy market!

We had a brilliant experience with Mehdad on the sales team at Hotblack. He was great throughout the process of purchasing our flat, and worked hard to help us resolve an issue with the seller, meaning everything went smoothly. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him!

TrustpilotGreat team and a seamless process
Drummed up a significant amount of interest for the launch weekend and delivered an offer over asking price from a good buyer. Above all else, they are really nice people to work with (unlike some others in the area!)

TrustpilotRefreshingly different
Hotblack Desiato are a small, independent firm and to be frank it is refreshing to deal with people who are approachable, human, and listened. I felt more like a human than with any of the shinier lot!
