GoogleGreat real estate agency. Nina was the best agent possible, amazing service, follow up, and support. She helped me find the best flat I could found and made sure that all the agreements and requests where feasible. It was an easy process considering that this is my first time renting a flat in UK. Additionally the rest of the team was also really helpful and effective. Solid recommendation. Cheers

Hot Black Desiato have found us good tenants over nearly a decade for different apartments. I've also been impressed by their management service: Daniel, Diriye and the team are efficient and detail-oriented, and helpful with questions. It's great to work with an agency long-term, who you know you can rely on and don't need to chase up! Also find their systems of document organisation etc good.

GoogleWe were able to find our flat with Ripon Danis who is very different from the other real estate agents we met. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to take cars, he was willing to walk with me across different areas in London to see three flats, each about 30 mins apart, no other agent was willing to do so. We also had very tight timeframe between when we signed the lease till when we needed to move in, and the flat itself still needs a lot of work before moving. Ripon was persistent and working diligently in the background and managing between different contractors to make sure everything is ready by the move in date. We are very thankful for the help provided.

GoogleRipon has been one of the best real estate agents I have come across! He was honest about the contract and gave a good overview of it (I read it later and nothing came as a surprise), was considerate and helped me move in as soon as possible or as quickly as was up to him on that matter. Hotblack Desiato has kindly accepted my SEPA payments. It is always a bit of a lottery on how much money actually gets on their account but they have kept a very honest track of the balance and paid me back or asked for a few more pounds. Highly recommend the company.

These people are terrible estate agents. There were problems with the contract (we were shuffled between two estate agents, were wrongly told that bills were included in the rent when they weren't, and then each estate agent blamed the other without any apology). There were also problems when moved in (the door didn't lock, for example) and the contractor they got to fix things turned up at all hours (like 10pm on a weeknight). Unknown to us when we signed the contract, work was still being done on the properties around us (a new-build group of flats) so things weren't finished when we moved in. We were also given a microwave when we were shown a room with a combi oven (huge difference in what you can cook).

GoogleThis guy called Daniel from Hotblack Desiato booked me for 11am in front of the property and he did not show up. After 20 minutes texting and calling him, I called the agency and they were clueless about where Daniel was. I then went to the agency and once again they could not help me because they did not have the keys to show me the property. And I still haven't got an email with apologies or anything. I basically lost one day of work because of them. Too reckless really.
