Chris was and still is a tenant of a Horton and Garton and had a complaint with HG Management Dept over a maintenance issue with regards to the washing machine at his rented property. Our Lettings Manager Ashley Clements and Property Manager Germain Gulevic spoke with Chris and this matter was resolved. It was unfortunate that Chris experienced these issues however washing machines can and do break down however the issue was resolved speedily. John Horton MNAEA MARLA
