GoogleI rented my flat via Horton & Garton, and paid for credit check £50, contract £250, agency fees £120. When I paid my rent an deposit by credit card, they also charged me 7% fee, which was £420. When I complained I was shouted at and threatened. They had seemed very friendly to start with,but after the money exchanged hands, the tone changed. I would advice anybody not to use this agency, they are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude.

In particular, I would note the ease of finishing our tenancy which can sometimes be a fraught process with a less professional agency. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them.
