Excellent communication via the live chat today. Had an odd issue with an unknown maintenance repair but was quickly cleared up. The person (Hailee) I was chatting with was extremely friendly and answered all my questions ( and i had lots of them) very clearly and efficiently. Even managed to sort out a bunch of other inquires I had within a few minutes.

This must be the worst organisation I've ever had to deal with, and as someone who has advocated for people for 10 years as a children’s social worker, I have seen it all. Home group repairs, complaints teams, housing managers are failing their customers and this absolutely needs to be improve.

I reported a problem with toilet was told it be raised as an emergency to be told if it is draining eventually it be reported back to homegroup , I believe if someone goes to toilet and then someone else needs it theyd have to wait , basically the man was looking for an argument all I wanted was a repair

They’re happy to contact you if you fall behind on your rent (due to events happening sadly) but can’t provide a service for a pointless service charge where it’s clearly used to make extra money on top of rent. I’ve never seen them out once in the “community” carrying out their service duties.
