Hastings Internal have managed my property in London for the past almost 10 years. We are most satisfied with their service as they have managed the property extremely well in a timely and cost effective manner which is a great help considering I reside abroad and need a hassle free service. In particular I would like to make a specific mention of Kay Kendall, Renewals Negotiator at Hastings who has managed several rent negotiations over this period in a very sensitive manner ensuring that both the tenant and the landlord are happy and it is a win win for both. It speaks for itself since I have had the same tenant over this long period since the property has been put on rent. I would recommend Hastings with no reservations!!!

GoogleI took work experience with Abel and i can say it was one of the best experiences that i’ve had. He taught me the roles of the job and always made sure i understood everything. He was so attentive and friendly with clients and me also. The rest of the hastings team were also very friendly and welcoming to me and i honestly wish i could stay longer. Would definitely return back to hastings international rotherhithe.

Kay Kendall is efficient in having contracts renewed and tenants vetted - I don't think there has been much if any downtime in lettings in all my time with Hastings,

GoogleAfter a year of getting on with Hastings, I have pretty positive comments for them. During my stay in Hornbeam House, all agents I met were friendly and polite. Abel, Stevie, and Olivia... I can't remember all of their names... We don't really contact them that often, but once we need to get in touch with them, they are just there and get back to us with solutions quickly. Thank you for making my days in London less stressful. :)

Rented an apartment with Hastings and the process went smoothly. There was a leaking problem in the apartment and they sent someone to fix it the next day after I report it. When I was trying to renew my tenancy, Key was very helpful and responded promptly. Highly recommend!

I can say Hastings have been head and shoulders above the rest. GoogleI don’t know why the negative comments came about, maybe not for the sales department. My property buying experience with James is great. He is professional and knowledgeable. I’m impressed by his prompt response and enthusiasm in his profession. Although eventually we haven’t done any deals, I would still recommend others to try Hastings!

GoogleIgnore this agency at all costs. The likelihood of positive reviews for this agency being fake are high. We have endured a terrible experience with Hastings and our experiences are consistently in line with multiple of the low reviews and examples of poor service that can be seen below. The only positive is the amount of care and attention that Abel puts into helping his clients in the lettings office, however everything seems to get funnelled into the Shad Thames office where it would appear this is where clients are transferred after the initial lettings stage and it is an absolute shambles. Will purposely ignore emails and calls. Even when you call you are ''told'' that they are not in. It will take weeks, if you are lucky, to get anything done and even the contractors who undertake assignments in properties they supposedly look after will speak of the poor standard.

GoogleThe lettings team have done a great job finding and signing up tenants for me at very reasonable rates. And even though I don't use their fully managed service, they often go the extra mile by taking care of things I've forgotten to do, especially when I’m travelling abroad. Without their help I would struggle to navigate all the regulations, and in the end they make me a better landlord. I highly recommend using the lettings service at Hastings International Rotherhithe Branch.
