Hastings International have been able to find good reliable tenants for our properties for more than 10 years. There has been minimal vacancy rates. Both Tom Backlog , Mark Porter and their teams have been very helpful at all times. They also assisted us with minor refurbishments to the property when securing tenants. The rental team is very good and update us whenever we require remote action or decisions.

I have been quite disappointed with the services provided. The response time is extremely slow, and issues with unreasonable charges from the building management company have remained unresolved for over four months which caused additional charges. The agency consistently cites a lack of response from the management company as the reason for the delay without proactive countermeasures.Additionally, the monthly bill charges are sent without the accompanying invoices. Overall, my experience has been frustrating lately.

We have so far dealt with one of their agents called Emmanuel. To be honest cannot fault this guy. He was professional at all times. It was clearly visible that he was helpful and wanted to assist us. Got back to us with answers to all our questions and followed up frequently also. Cannot ask for more from agent who is representing you. Overall Hastings seem to be one of the agencies we would recommend. Not like any of the other we had to unfortunately deal with...to say the least. Keep it up Hastings. Looking forward to hearing from you regarding other properties that will match our search criteria. Many thanks.

I'm a tenant in one of the properties and I have mixed feelings about Hasting. Some of them are very nice and professional, always willing to help, like Kay Kendall, Jason Gunns and Mark Porter. But there is one person in particular that is very disrespectful and patronising: Louise Norris. If you are lucky to not have to deal with her, it's all good.

GoogleI live abroad and without the icy ice help from Hastings it would be very difficult to manage the property from overseas. The have performed immaculately over the years they have managed my property taking the right decisions in a timely manner and I would strongly recommend them to any landlord in a similar situation as mine. I have been using Hastings (Rotherhithe) for over 12 years, to market my properties, conduct viewings and sign up new tenants. Everyone at Hastings are helpful and professional, and I and all my tenants are happy. Most recently, the renewals team have concluded a tricky renegotiation and its all gone brilliantly. Top performance from a top team. I highly recommend them.
