GoogleThis wasn't the easiest purchase with long delays from the developer but Lee made sure things kept moving and was very supportive ensuring that eventually we got everything we needed. Completion date occurred after lockdown and both Lee and his colleague Luke couldn't have been more helpful in assisting on the day. Michael and Amiyah, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us in securing our dream rental property in the UK. Their dedication and efficiency were evident as they successfully closed the deal within an impressive 7 days, accommodating our tight timeline seamlessly. Such remarkable service is a testament to the expertise and commitment of the entire team at Hastings. Highly recommended! __ I have to retract my positive review from a few months ago, the paperwork process and the house hunt process was incredible but upon moving in the post servicing / apartment handover with the property manager has been atrocious. Do not use Hastings.

I have been quite disappointed with the services provided. The response time is extremely slow, and issues with unreasonable charges from the building management company have remained unresolved for over four months which caused additional charges. The agency consistently cites a lack of response from the management company as the reason for the delay without proactive countermeasures.Additionally, the monthly bill charges are sent without the accompanying invoices. Overall, my experience has been frustrating lately.

We have so far dealt with one of their agents called Emmanuel. To be honest cannot fault this guy. He was professional at all times. It was clearly visible that he was helpful and wanted to assist us. Got back to us with answers to all our questions and followed up frequently also. Cannot ask for more from agent who is representing you. Overall Hastings seem to be one of the agencies we would recommend. Not like any of the other we had to unfortunately deal with...to say the least. Keep it up Hastings.
