GoogleNightmare. They ghost you once you dare to argue with them about their 20% rent increase. My landlord has clearly said he did not intend to increase the rent.

GoogleI would recommend Hamptons on the basis of how helpful and pro-active Simon Horne was. He only sent me details of properties in my very narrow search area (unlike every other agent I was registered with), answered emails out of hours and was very professional and courteous. I found my ideal flat as a result of his tenacity.

GoogleSince 3 years now, Hamptons in Kensington is our property manager : every interaction has been professional , quick and friendly. Jo Sanders is the one in charge of the house and he is really efficient and responsive .I'm really grateful for his attention to details and his follow up .
