William Aspinol is a stand out lettings negotiator. He has been extremely responsive and professional throughout our search and managing the move into our new home. He went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and in-the-know throughout the process (even working on our behalf during his day off)! Estate agency is such a crowded market space. So many agencies. So many decisions to make. Do I go online? Do I go to the high street? As a time poor and once confused but now very happy purchaser it has been my experience to allow me to recommend as a benchmark to go to Hamptons. Everyone I dealt with there were very understanding and pragmatic, just what I needed. Start your search or home sale with them and that is where it will probably end. What’s to lose?
