GoogleMichael, Tom & Alistair at Hamptons Notting Hill did a fantastic job selling my Portobello maisonette. Level headed and they used that long lost skill called 'common sense', whilst also being nice, transparent, patient and not losing their cool. Great attributes for life and as it turns out selling property as well. Big thumbs up from me.

GoogleThe team at Hamptons proved themselves to be professional and ethical when I was recently looking for a flat to rent. Will at their Notting Hill office helped me find the perfect place and everything was going swimmingly until 36hrs before I was due to move in. Then, out of the blue, I lost my job. In Will’s absence I spoke with Jackie who was calming, sympathetic and efficient at finding an agreeable outcome for both me and the landlord. Great service and I’ll definitely return to Hamptons when I’m ready to look again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI rented a flat from Hamptons Notting Hill I complained 12 weeks ago that no lights were working the top floor of the house. I dealt with a girl called Natalie They told me for 6 weeks the landlord was reviewing whether they would fix the lights. Then finally after much chasing she said they would fix the lights (which was strange given you can’t rent a flat with fault electrics that don’t Work) I then had an electrician come and say he would go away and order a part and come back and fix it! They never came back to fix it and then when I contact Hamptons they had no idea what was happening and had not followed up. Today an electrician came again and said “we need a specialist to fix the lights and a specialist part” We knew this first week of June and still no lights. Please never use this company. I’ve rented in London for 13 years never had issues like this No accountability, no professionalism, no following up and no clue how to manage a property.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAfter a nightmare situation with a different company, working with Hamptons was a breath of fresh air. Tom and Jade worked double time to get us into our new apartment in a matter of days. Their level of professionalism and responsiveness blew me away and they've continued to support us through this post-move stage.
