GoogleWe recently sold our house in W10 using the Hamptons Notting Hill team. From the first valuation meeting, through to exchange, Cameron and the team have been extremely professional and excellent at communicating updates. We found dealing with the team very easy and their advice informed. They worked hard to promote our property and we would certainly recommend them to others in the area looking for a professional estate agent.

GoogleI relocated from New York and was introduced to Tom Goldsmith who took me to see a couple options within my budget. Found a place I absolutely love, Tom was super helpful in making every step of the process easy. Every request I made, he was confident in making it happen and he did! Kate was also great explaining all the details thoroughly for all the paperwork. I’ve already recommended Hamptons to 2 other friends!

GoogleEstate agency is such a crowded market space. So many agencies. So many decisions to make. Do I go online? Do I go to the high street? As a time poor and once confused but now very happy purchaser it has been my experience to allow me to recommend as a benchmark to go to Hamptons. Everyone I dealt with there were very understanding and pragmatic, just what I needed. Start your search or home sale with them and that is where it will probably end. What’s to lose? Nothing, but everything to gain.

GoogleWhoever thought the housing market is dead hasn't met these guys. I got two offers within 24 hours. unfortunately my first offer fell through and the team focussed on re-marketing and took 5 weeks to get me a second offer in the height of the summer months. All offers at asking price. I was kept well informed throughout the process, and felt they looked for my best interests. Alister, Cameron and Michael worked as a great team.

Sharlotte & Sophia from the Lettings department are very knowledgeable and attentive. Jackie & Tertius are also very professional and run a swift, efficient operation from start to finish. Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent or rent out in the area.

GoogleWe have always been very happy using Hamptons. They seem to be much more honest and straight forward than some other of their competitors. At Notting Hill recently we rented our flat within a couple of weeks at close to asking price. The negotiations were easy and Jenny Lawrence has been particularly helpful through the contracts and pre-tenancy stage.

GoogleI've been trying to arrange a view for one of the property. First answer was to put an offer without even see the flat first. Than they changed their mind (agreed to show the apartment prior a financial advisor consultation). Never received a call back. They seem to be very lazy and not keen to help potential buyer at all. Just a waste of time
