I cannot recommend Hamptons enough. Georgina Hudson demonstrated patience and resilience in a sale that presented numerous hurdles (due to poor legal advice and service from our solicitor). Georgina spent months regularly chasing solicitors and keeping both buyers (them) and sellers (us) fully informed and reassured and was personable throughout. Hamptons found a suitable tenant for the full asking price at the first attempt when another agency with which my property was listed failed to do so despite several attempts. This was possible thanks to the brilliant Jackie, her in depth-knowledge of the rental market and her frank and sound advice based on such knowledge.
