GoogleWe had a very pleasant experience with Omran Ibrahim, who made us feel that he is listening very carefully to the list of must-haves and nice-to-haves when looking for a new flat to rent. He was very kind and professional and judging by the flats he suggested it became clear that he did understand what we were looking for - which is not a given with many other letting experts. I can highly recommend him.

GoogleFrom a buyer’s point of view, the team at Hamptons Notting Hill (Alister, Michael and Cameron) has been first rate and delightful to work with. From our first viewing of the house, Cameron was punctual, helpful, charming and efficient. He was professional and proactive, always accessible and responsive (even out of office hours and when on holiday!) and thanks to him we exchanged within less than three weeks and then moved in this month. Full of personality and enthusiasm, it was a real pleasure to deal with him throughout and things could not have gone more smoothly. We could not recommend Hamptons more highly.

GoogleThe team at Hamptons has worked tirelessly to ensure that our property has been seen and sold in a very challenging market and I'm delighted with the service that they have provided. The team worked exactly as that, a unified team, from the moment Alister walked in at initial valuation (not the highest given amongst three local agents but the one that I most believed and with best rapport) to Cameron and Michael's excellent sales skills. Professional, polite and trustworthy. I would like to specifically mention Cameron who has managed a challenging sale with a number of moving parts including a new baby arriving mid way through. Huge thanks Alister, Cameron and team! Highly recommend Hamptons Notting Hill.

GoogleCameron Spencer at Hamptons Notting hill was fantastic from start to finish. Cameron and his team marketed the property in a way that allowed us to achieve a significantly higher price than we would have done with the other estate agents we looked at. Cameron was highly professional, always available and incredibly sharp and efficient when it came to dealing with offers. He was highly commercial when it came to negotiating and taking the right offer through to completion. With Cameron's help, we were able to market the property, find a buyer and complete on the sale of our house all inside of 4.5 weeks - this in a very tough market. We would use Cameron Spencer in particular, and Hamptons Notting Hill again in a flash. Highly recommended.

GoogleIf you are looking for a rental in Notting Hill I can't recommend Sharlotte and Sophia enough. They are lovely to deal with, they listen to feedback and requirements, flexible with appointments to suit your work schedule and, most importantly, they are honest and great communicators. It is so nice to have direct contact with your agent rather than going through a switchboard all of the time too! They know the area well and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

GoogleI highly recommend using Hamptons as Agents when looking for an apartment in London. There are a lot of other firms, but I found Hamptons in Notting Hill, especially Annie, was super friendly and motivated to match us with the right flat - successful! GoogleWhat can I say? Estate agents that live up to their reputation. Went to see a flat with one of their agent, put in an offer to only find out 5 days later that the landlord went ahead with someone else. While I was there waiting. Second flat, a bit overpriced, agent said that the landlord wasn’t willing to go from 2817 to 2650 that I wanted to offer, moving in straight away. Exchanged few messages to see the flat again and didn’t hear back. 4-5 days later it turned out that the price had been reduced at 2578. I had already signed something else.
