Annie is an absolute ICON and a LEGEND. Excellent service, really friendly but also very personal. It felt like I could be honest with her and she wasn't trying to sell me on anything, she just genuinely wanted to help me find the right property. She is a true Sheffield lass and I would 10/10 recommend going to Hamptons Notting Hill! Also the properties are stunning, like something out of a film.

I would highly recommend the lettings team at Hamptons. Absolutely spot on with their knowledge of the area and market, great at securing good tenants and friendly and professional to deal with. Unlike many of the agents in the area, they aren't pushy or aggressive but will offer their opinion and advice and leave you to make your own decision. Jackie was especially helpful in leading the team and coordinating the process.

From a buyer’s point of view, the team at Hamptons Notting Hill (Alister, Michael and Cameron) has been first rate and delightful to work with. From our first viewing of the house, Cameron was punctual, helpful, charming and efficient. He was professional and proactive, always accessible and responsive (even out of office hours and when on holiday!) and thanks to him we exchanged within less than three weeks and then moved in this month. Full of personality and enthusiasm, it was a real pleasure to deal with him throughout and things could not have gone more smoothly. We could not recommend Hamptons more highly.

The team worked exactly as that, a unified team, from the moment Alister walked in at initial valuation (not the highest given amongst three local agents but the one that I most believed and with best rapport) to Cameron and Michael's excellent sales skills. Cameron Spencer at Hamptons Notting hill was fantastic from start to finish. Cameron and his team marketed the property in a way that allowed us to achieve a significantly higher price than we would have done with the other estate agents we looked at. Cameron was highly professional, always available and incredibly sharp and efficient when it came to dealing with offers. He was highly commercial when it came to negotiating and taking the right offer through to completion. With Cameron's help, we were able to market the property, find a buyer and complete on the sale of our house all inside of 4.5 weeks - this in a very tough market. We would use Cameron Spencer in particular, and Hamptons Notting Hill again in a flash. Highly recommended.
