We launched the sale of our large duplex apartment near the Kilburn High Road at a bad moment. Show day was the day following Kwasi Kwarteng's kamikaze 'budget'. Potential buyers were spooked and hard to coax out of the woodwork. But Hamptons were able to match our property with a suitable buyer, at a fair price. This was not easy for an unusual home with a large garden (for inner London) that had not been on the market for nearly 37 years. Ed and Sam handled the very protracted negotiations with subtlety and persistence. Always optimistic and cheerful, they helped maintain a momentum that might have flagged. It was a pleasure to deal with them at a personal level and I have no hesitation in recommending their firm, which in the event I had preferred to their nearby rival whose pitch was also very organized and competitive. Thank you indeed!

Over the past year (yes it took a year to sell our unique property) we developed an excellent relationship with Sam and Ed. They both have a great sense of humour which is much appreciated in what is a stressful process. They sorted out real buyers from time wasters and kept in very regular touch with us on progress. Sam found our eventual buyer and did everything to smooth the way. Thoroughly recommend them. Do not accept inferior imitations.

I don't normally leave feedback but I wanted to say a big thank you to Saleem Kamal for how he put me and my wife at ease when we were house hunting. Usually, when looking for a house is one of the most stressful experiences but Saleem made sure he has all the answers from local schools, to crime rate neighbourhood, parks playgrounds leisure facilities and that was just the begininng. He really understood what we wanted in a house in terms of space, garden green credentials of the house etc. so a big thank you Saleem....

Purchased a 2 bed property in WH/ Cricklewood area through Greene & Co in WH. Dealt primarily with Saleem Kamal for initial bid and negotiation. Saleem was excellent - very straightforward with the facts - no sales BS and was helpful in finding a price that was acceptable for both buyer and seller. Was also helpful recently in providing some valuation advice concerning some renovations we plan to do. Peter Gobey and Bonney Pooley were v efficient in post bid completion process, and helped close the transaction fairly quickly, effectively handling a renegotiation required post initial bid. Would recommend.

A big thank you to Faruk Miah I don't normally write reviews. I've been hunting for properties for myself n my friends since 2015 n dealt with more than 10 agencies in London. People always say Politicians n estate agents are 2 professionals that you can't trust. However I would have to say my experience with Faruk Miah in Greene&Co was incredibly impressed! I'm an overseas buyer and not familiar with all the details about the purchasing procedures. Faruk Miah has been not just exceptionally helpful, but in a very professional way. From my first viewing, the day my offer was accepted till completion, I had numerous issues with the property I intended to buy, I couldn't walk through it without his help. Especially when I had the home survey report that full of category 3 issues, I would have given up the purchasing. Faruk Miah was not pushy or tried to fool me around with some unknown information. He responded to my call promptly even I was in New York n answered every of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and explained to me every details patiently. He wouldn't give me the information that he's in doubt, he would try to find the right information instead. When I had issues with my solicitor or the seller, he worked really hard and in fact he did a great job liaising with all parties to get things move forward. It's hard to find an estate agent with such work ethic n high professional standard nowadays. I'm very happy with the service I had during the whole process of my current purchasing. I'm looking forward to working with Faruk Miah again for my future purchasing for my friends and myself. Thank you Faruk!

We had a really good experience with Saleem Kamal, who was our agent whilst looking for our new home and would recommend him highly. From the very start he was very engaging and spent time understanding our specific needs and timelines. Based on that, he only showed us relevant properties (unlike other agents who merely run through the inventory they have). What also helped us set a really good rapport with Saleem was that he not only sought regular feedback from us (after every viewing), but also tailored the next viewings based on that. This really helped us narrow our search quite quickly and move to the sales stage. Saleem has been very helpful throughout the process, he is very responsive, prompt, professional and excellent at explaining the nuances of the process. end to end. I suppose this really sets him apart from the other agents we have worked with.

We started the process of placing our property with Greene & Co in March this year. It was a daunting task ahead but we were totally reassured when we met with Soroush Akhavan who guided us through this process with the utmost professional manner. The entire process was conducted by all the 'Team' with complete diligence, courtesy and attention to detail. The property was soon under offer and then our care was under the excellent supervision of Sarah Leyens in Sales Progression. Saleem Kamal was the agent I dealt when doing viewings with Greene and Co. and I can honestly say that I don’t think I had the pleasure of dealing with any agent who was as courteous and genuine as he was. I always had the impression that he had my best interests at heart, and importantly he was very up front and honest on all matters which put my mind at rest. I did some viewings with other agents within Greene and Co. and no disrespect to them but I always felt more comfortable when Saleem did them. He is very thorough and just as proactive about me getting a property as I was. Sometimes agents lose interest in clients and their property searches but Saleem is absolutely not one of them. Again, I repeat, a real pleasure to deal with.

We have sold two properties via Greene and Co. over the period of 2015/16. From the point of valuation and initial meeting to the regular updates with the sales progression to completion, we were very impressed with the high standard of service. The two people we more regularly in contact with were Bonnie and James. Both were prompt to respond, professional and committed and they really helped to ensure that things were on track. The fact that there is a sales progressor means that there was always someone following up on things with both sides and we were able to understand what was going on at each end. I would highly recommend this branch.

He was spot on with every property he showed us, with each matching our stated requirements perfectly. He showed us no 'time-wasters' which many agents persevere with despite knowing them to be outside specifically requested parameters. My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that we received from Greene & Co Hampstead and more specifically from our agent Faruk Miah. Faruk has gone above and beyond the call of duty (even arranging viewings at 9pm for my fiance who has a demanding schedule!). He was always an email or phone call away to answer any and every of our questions. He truly wanted us to get the right property for our needs and lifestyle and was always honest and upfront about the pros & cons of the several properties we viewed. To this day our friends and family can't believe we found our dream home in just 2 weeks! Even after signing the sales agreement and getting to know other members of the team (such as Sarah & Bonnie - thank you ladies for all the chasing!) We were supported by both Kathryn Greensmith and Katie Noakes at the West Hampstead branch with a wonderful 24 hour tunraround from initial contact for our rental property. We felt they had a brilliant range of properties that were valued at a fair price for the market. Kathryn was really attentive and gave us a lot of helpful advice and was always available to speak with us and fit in with our schedule. Scott was very helpful, patient and reassuring, all the way through from registering as a propsective buyer, to finally negotiating and agreeing an offer. He seemed knowledgable and able to answer all our questions when we viewed properties, and he certainly wasn't pushy at any point (as we have sometimes found to be the case with other firms of estate agents). Certainly worth using if you are looking in the West Hampstead area.
