We have the pleasure of having Charlie Fleetwood as our property manager. we had a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be fixed and Charlie has just been amazing! Very quick and efficient in sorting out the contractors and keeping us constantly in the loop during her conversations with the landlord! we feel very well looked after and valued! thank you Charlie and thank you Hamptons!

Sam was so efficient and helpful in finding a buyer for my house. He was supportive of my worries and was always available for any questions. He was very polite and insisted on calling me Mrs. Levy even though I kept say call me Gail! I hope I will not be moving again but if I was I would certainly contact him and the team at Hamptons.

I tried to sell my flat with another agent and wasn't pleased with their customer service. I then chose Greene and Co, who surpassed my expectations with their excellent customer service, advice and hard work. They were easy to get hold of and when I did speak with them they were very helpful. A big thank you to Karolina who relentlessly chased my buyer and their (not so responsive!) solicitor, and helped to get my flat purchase completed. I would definitely recommend this estate agent.

I contacted the Kilburn office regarding a flat they advertised last week asking to book a viewing. I spoke on the phone with Emily, who told me that due to incompatibility with moving-in dates (we were looking for someone one month and a half from now), she did not wish to show me the flat. When I said that we could be flexible with dates if we liked the flat, she kept on denying the viewing and in a rude manner she put the blame on the landlord would want tenants immediately. She then offered to show me similar flats, but I explained that me and my partner particularly liked that one and that I would keep an eye in their website and call them back if we found anything of interest. Emily kept calling me back about possible matches and subscribed me to their mailing list. I tried to unsubscribe twice, but kept receiving their emails. I called them and asked to be unsubscribed, but the agent was very rude and hang up the phone! It's a shame to have to deal with rude estate agents who do not seem willing to help you with such a frustrating process. And it's also a shame because this agency seems to advertise very nice flats.

We used Greene and Co to sell our 3 bedroom flat. The process was explained well and we were offered sound advice as to how to market the flat best. This included providing us with a lot of comparatives, which was helpful in setting the price. Viewings were managed efficiently and communicatively; the one issue we had during the sale process with muddy footprints on the carpet was resolved the next day by Scott, who was professional and responsive throughout the process (which turned out to be very short). I would definitely recommend.

We recently had an offer accepted on a property through Dominic Tenant at Green and Co West Hampstead. Dominic has been extremely helpful since we first got in touch with him, always making time for our property viewings later in the evenings and even over the weekend. As first time buyers, we had many questions which he happily talked us though. Unlike many other estate agents we worked with through our search, we never felt pressured by Dominic to 'increase' our offers on any property. He respected our budget and eventually negotiated a great deal for us on a property that we really loved. I would highly recommend Green and Co for their services and especially Dominic for the work he did to find the right property for us.

Probably one of the worst lettings teams we’ve had the opportunity to interact with. Very unresponsive, very uncooperative, and in general displaying behaviour that is very unprofessional for a company the size of Hamptons. As things stand, I would avoid if given the opportunity. Update : This review was immediately picked up as you can see from the response below. After emailing Natalie picked up the issue and quickly rectified it. Thank you customer support team for your proactiveness and responsiveness. I have since removed the 1 star.

Green & Co seem to have the best properties in West Hampstead. It is a pleasure to work with them, and particularly Adam Prince. He understood my requirements clearly and never showed me an unsuitable property. They also don't seem to overprice their properties like some other agents in the West Hampstead area. If you are looking for a property here, you aren't really looking unless you're registered with Green&Co.
