Ed & Sam were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They had a good sales strategy for my property and delivered an excellent outcome, which exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t the easiest process, for reasons outside of their control, but Ed & Sam remained positive and proactive throughout. They got several offers, very quickly and managed the process fantastically through to completion. They’re approachable, knowledgeable and super responsive - they always kept me updated and constantly chased solicitors on both sides to get it over the line. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone.

She was an absolute pleasure to deal with; always friendly, enthusiastic and quick to respond or forward our queries to the buyer. We’re just about to complete on our sale through Hamptons and it’s been a really straightforward process with them. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and did so really quickly. They made the flat look great in the brochure and brought in a lot of serious buyers. They gave good advice on sales approach, and clear communication with us throughout the process. They were considerate of our time and young child when scheduling viewings. The whole team were helpful, but Ed and Sam have been great, and easy to work with.

A big, loud shoutout to Holly who manages my property. She's extremely professional and stays on top of all the issues of a period property, but what really sets her apart is the partnership she offers. She has managed an extensive refurbishment for me, being incredibly helpful in vendor selection and management. Holly Keeney, Senior Property manager, looked after the letting of my apartment. I have had several agents in the area look after it over the last 20 years and they have all been really terrible. Holly has been really attentive, has responded in a very timely manner not only to my questions but has also given me excellent advice. She is extremely professional and responsive and its the first time I actually felt I had a partner supporting me. It's safe to say this is most certainly the former as the dedication both Ed and Sam put into the process of marketing and selling our house was way beyond our expectations. They were very professional from the first moment we met, right through to completion and always kept me updated on progress.
