GoogleFaruk was very set on finding us a property, he stuck strictly to our criteria and we viewed some great properties. Our property we ended up purchasing was one that Faruk picked out as being our 'dream home', it took us a while to see beyond the previous furnishings but when we decided to view the property again we realised he was right. We have now been in our flat over a year and we love it! Thanks Faruk!

GoogleVisited Greene & Co West Hampstead offices and met Miss Kathryn Greensmith. Kathryn was very well customer oriented and very professional. She drove me around the area and showed me a handful of possible properties to let. Kathryn has a very good knowledge of this area in London and her tips were very useful. I would recommend Kathryn as a property search advisor in West Hampstead should this area in London is the object of your property search.

He was very thorough and considered carefully our requirements before showing us properties that were very suitable. GoogleScott and his Team, Adam, Hannah and James were very professional and supportive. They quickly posted photographs and details of the flat on their website and therefore soon viewers came to see the flat and now completion is in sight.

GoogleMy experience of Greene & Co while looking for a property to buy in West Hampstead and the nearby areas was exceptional. The people there, especially Abel Leaman, were very informative, focussed and incredibly helpful and extremely courteous even if I turned up late for a viewing. They knew instinctively what I was looking for and always showed me good properties which were very close to my desired home solution. Thanks guys !

GoogleLeighton Dewitt was the agent who oversaw the sale of my flat. From valuation onward he was polite, professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. We received several offers above asking price on the property and throughout I was indebted to Leighton for his hard work and advice. I would definitely recommend him - or use him again if I could ever afford to buy my way back into the area!

GoogleWe have had a good experience renting our flat through Hamptons in West Hampstead. At the start of our tenancy we had multiple issues which we resolved quickly, although our point of contact at Hamptons changed frequently in the first 6 months. Since then we have had a quick and polite responses with Kellie from Hamptons.

GoogleI don't understand how these guys have won any awards, my experience with them has been pretty poor - at least on the rental side. The rental manager/assistant called Arti is particulary poor, though others are not much better. They often lose documents, don't return phone calls, provide incorrect information about your existing rental, and do nothing for the renter. I'd avoid using these guys if you are looking for rental property!

Throughout the whole process he and Sarah Leyens were always very professional, courteous and responsive. Being first time buyers, Soroush patiently guided us through each step. Greene & Co have in depth knowledge of the area and we highly recommend going through them if you are looking to buy in the west Hampstead area.

GoogleWorse experience I've ever had with an agency. I called to arrange a viewing for a flat, ( looking to buy), the agent started to ask me tons of questions, when I told him that I just wants to see the flat his answer was ” listen mate I'm a busy man”, I told him that if he is that busy I won't waste is time and he just said ” thanks bye” Terrible service, won't go near that agency. it's sad to think about the seller who is trying to sell his flat with those guys.

GoogleYet again let down by Greene and co. Tried several times during the week to get through and no reply despite trying to get important changes to a contract. Unfortunately as a tenant in a Greene and co property it can be extremely difficult to solve property management maintenance requests. In spite of speaking to the team on multiple occasions - including personally going into the shop - we find ourselves still waiting 6 weeks to solve simple but important issues.
Dear Mr Roer, I very much regret that you have had a poor experience of Greene & Co, for which I am very sorry. This is most unusual as the team at West Hampstead have an excellent record, as shown in the other reviews, of helping tenants. I have myself looked into this as a matter of urgency and can say that the team at West Hampstead have spoken to the landlord again and an immediate visit to do the repairs has now been arranged. GoogleReuben John gave me excellent advice, not merely about the implications of my intentions regarding the sale of my property, but also about the thinking behind those intentions. He made me consider what I was hoping to achieve in terms of quality of life. This in effect dissuaded me form selling at this stage. The excellence and disinterestness of this advice, however, is a very strong inducement for me to approach him again when I do eventually sell.
