GoogleJust accepted a near asking price offer after only a few weeks. James Widdowson and the team were thoroughly professional throughout. Over 30 viewings conducted without fuss. They just got on with the job and made the process stress free. Thanks again James and look forward to doing business again soon.

GoogleJust sold my flat in West Hampstead though Greene's.A sale fell through although no fault of Greene's and they managed to find me another. James was polite and fair and liased well with all parties. I bought the flat though Greene's twenty five years ago so there was a nice symmetry!

He has been very professional, attentive and responsive to my needs during my first tenancy, which happened to occur during these hard pandemic times. Adam Prince at the West Hampstead office was excellent to deal with. He responded quickly with any information we needed and ensured we could visit the property again at short notice.

GoogleDon't bother, as long as they get the money the simply forget your existence, so even sending an email and expecting a response is a total waste of time. Since they get a lot of money in fees, I would expect their "service" to be a little bit more attentive. I do not recommend doing business with them.

GoogleVery happy with the service I got from Green co in west hampstead, all the staff were amazing, specifically Alex (manager) and Joe . He was very kind & helpful, following up and chasing all the time until I rented the flat. the move in was very smooth and on time. And he even checked on me after i moved in as he wasn't there at the time. so you feel that you are not left on your own. They are great, would highly recommend.

GoogleWe instructed Hamptons (previously Greene & Co) to sell our flat in August 2019. We saw 4 estate agents in advance of instructing them. The other agents recommended a similar asking price but suggested they would be happy to settle with a much lower offer, whereas Ed Bloom reassured us that they would strive for more. A little more effort on their side definitely paid off for us. Not only did they manage to have 4 offers close to asking (and above what we expected) within 3 weeks, they also made it a personal and pleasant experience. We were able to communicate directly with Ed Bloom if required - who was approachable, honest and friendly, and they had potential buyers in mind that they contacted straight away. I would highly recommend Ed and his team and thank them for the time and effort they gave us throughout! Tash & Olly
