Scott Finn was simply amazing! Buying any property in London is so difficult these days, and for a busy person such as myself it is almost impossible. In this regard Scott was excellent, from the first meeting we had Scott understood my time pressures and also took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Scott stayed in touch and acted as a personal guide which gave me extra confidence on the basis that my experience with other Estate Agents didn’t include this. As a result Scott didn’t waste my time looking at properties that didn’t hit the mark and where there was no point, instead he used his knowledge of what I wanted to filter out anything that wasn’t worth my time. Scott also went the extra mile to secure viewings for me on Saturday mornings around my busy work schedule. The net result was that Scott found me a beautiful new home in very few viewings and a very short space of time. Scott also introduced me to an area that I wasn’t familiar with. I would recommend Scott and Greene & Co to anyone looking for a new home in NW London, it was a refreshing experience with a positive outcome. Thank you Scott!

I chose Greene & Co to market my flat as I was impressed by James Widdowson's professional approach when he came to give me a valuation. I had just one week to organise everything and thanks to James' efficiency I was able to arrange photographs, EPC and a conveyancing solicitor in just 5 days. In the first 2 days that the flat was marketed I had 6 viewings and 3 good offers, one of which I was more than happy to accept. Throughout the whole process James and his colleague Scott kept me informed of everything that was happening. I really appreciated their totally professional but friendly and courteous manner and would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their flat without any hassle.

I tried to sell my house via another estate agent in West Hampstead but changed to Greene & Co after the other agent was unable to take a sale through to exchange at an acceptable price (and didn't keep me fully informed of the progress of the process). I dealt with Peter and Scott at Greene & Co who were enthusiastic and very user friendly. They were always contactable and kept me informed of the progress of viewings and developments in the process. They also gave realistic and useful advice on pricing and marketing. They quickly found a buyer and, although the process took longer than expected through no fault of theirs, we have recently successfully exchanged. Selling a property (or buying one for that matter) is a horrible and stressful business, but Peter and Scott did their best to manage the process. I would certainly recommend them.

I can highly recommend Greene & Co. I was particularly impressed with Soroush who recently helped my with the valuation of my property. He is extremely helpful, professional and is ready to go the extra mile. His level of responsiveness is second to none - always responded instantly to my queries and sent additional information requested almost immediately, even on Sundays! I was very impressed. Had been trying to sell my flat for several months using two other agents in the area to no avail, but within i think two to three days of instructing James at Greene & Co i had an offer which ( didn't fall through ) and successfully completed at a higher price than i had agreed with another agent. Jason and James were both very efficient and professional and kept to their word and finished the job they started. Most definitely recommend them and use them if required in the future.

I don't understand how these guys have won any awards, my experience with them has been pretty poor - at least on the rental side. The rental manager/assistant called Arti is particulary poor, though others are not much better. They often lose documents, don't return phone calls, provide incorrect information about your existing rental, and do nothing for the renter. I'd avoid using these guys if you are looking for rental property!

Worse experience I've ever had with an agency. I called to arrange a viewing for a flat, ( looking to buy), the agent started to ask me tons of questions, when I told him that I just wants to see the flat his answer was ” listen mate I'm a busy man”, I told him that if he is that busy I won't waste is time and he just said ” thanks bye” Terrible service, won't go near that agency. it's sad to think about the seller who is trying to sell his flat with those guys.
