GoogleGreat at helping us find a place to rent. Absolutely horrible at servicing our needs as a tenant. Requests for repairs and service needs get ignored until you chase and chase. I've had to call their Head Office more than once just to get a response. If I were a home owner, I would never trust these people to look after my property.

GoogleWe bought an apartment through this agent, the process was more painful than it should have been. All along the process James, the agent who handled our case reassured us we will he able to arrange a short term tenancy so we can move in on the date convenient for us. On the day of our move we called them from a fully packed van. We were told we won't be able to move in and James has vanished. He was not responding to his colleagues' phone calls, apparently he was ill. His colleagues tried their best, but we had to spend a week in an alternative accommodation and he never apologised for the massive stress he caused us, even though the agency made a good profit from our purchase. The solicitor they recommended was absolutely useless.
