GoogleMy experience with Hamptons at Kensal Rise was very positive. I worked closely with Ana Vallejo and Thomas Jones from the Kensal Rise office. They were both very helpful and patient throughout the process. Anna who was my main contact was always reliable and easy to contact . Attentive to the detail. She speeded the process up and helped me through some of the pressure moments. Thank you both.

GoogleI had a terrible experience trying to buy a property with Hamptons. Ryan Openshaw (sales agent at Kensal Rise and Queens Park Hamptons) acted with no integrity was dishonest and mislead me as a first time buyer. I would not recommend him as a sales agent. Gazumping is endorsed by sales agents here - avoid at all costs.

Freddie under Fraser aided us to no end in achieving the place in which my flat mate and I spent two years. Freddie’s market knowledge on prices and properties was unparalleled in any other estate agent we dealt with. Between Freddie and Fraser I’m confident the deliver the best to all of their clients. GoogleI've just entered into a tenancy at a property with Greene&Co, with Luis from the Kensal Rise office being my Lettings Negotiator. Luis was absolutely fantastic in terms of finding potential properties to rent within my requirements, arranging viewings and negotiating with landlords in a realistic and fair manner. Luis was very helpful throughout the whole process and he was also readily available on the phone to deal with any issues that could come up. Luis guided me through the referencing process and personally came to the property on move-in day to make sure everything was in order. As a tenant, I would highly recommend Luis and Greene & Co.

GoogleCould not recommend Hamptons and Fraser more! The first and only letting agent I've met who's been honest and upfront from the start. Super speedy, amazing communication and really really helpful! As a landlord now looking to rent, I only with that Fraser could manage my property that I rent out! We had extremely tight deadlines to work with to manage a simultaneous sale and purchase before the end of the stamp duty holiday. Simon Cole has been one of the best estate agents we have had the pleasure of working with over the past fifteen years we have owned property in London. He was on the ball at all times, prompt, went the extra mile for all parts of the chain and did all he could to keep buyer confidence in a tricky market. GoogleKatie Silverstone is a totally fantastic and talented agent and is the reason I was able to find my dream property. Not only is she incredibly nice, warm and genuine and very 'human' about the whole process instead of being pushy and salesy, and so is a pleasure to go on viewings with, but she also has a fantastic insight into the market and is full of great advice. She has a great instinct as to where and how you might find exactly what you are looking for and will go out of her way to help you. I highly recommend her, you won't go wrong with her on your side.
