GoogleIt was a good experience to deal with Green &co. Shaun is the best restate agent ever that I met. For my previous experience, there was totally a mess in other restate agencies as they were quite arrogant and impatient. You have to wait for very long time to get replies from them. However, Shaun in Green&Co almost kept in touch with me everyday and Keep me updated with the latest properties available, which was rather helpful! Thank you so much Shaun!

GoogleWe were helped by Luis from Green & Co when we were moving from Boston to London. While we dealt with a log of brokers and landed up getting the place from somewhere else, Luis was hands down a delight to work with and the best of the lot! The things he explained and took care of while showing us places and helping us understand the process was super super awesome! I would highly recommend you look out for him if you are looking at places in the area.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Greene & Co, who - after our initial buyer (found through another agent) pulled out - swiftly moved in and found us a replacement buyer, at asking price, within a matter of days. We have found all of the team at the Kensal office to be highly professional and motivated. Paul Harris in particular, who has been our key contact throughout the sale, has been great to work with - a great communicator, very personable, pro-active and clearly determined to deliver results. We would recommend Paul and the Kensal Rise Greene & Co office highly (shout out to Josh and Daniel Esterkin also...!).

GoogleI parked outside the little house by chance and saw that there was a FOR SALE sign in the window. That was on New Year's Eve. I emailed Greene & Co straightaway having seen the property online. James Lee agreed to meet me on 2nd January when he showed around the house. I was impressed by the way he walked through the house, turning on lights so that I could get a good view of all the rooms. He showed me through the house, pointing out the salient features, but also left me to move through the house at my own pace, spending as much time as I needed to in each room. I never felt rushed or hustled. James arranged for me to return with a friend the next day, and with my son and daughter-in--law the day after that. On the following day I put in an offer. James negotiated my offer with the vendor, he knew that I did not want to get into a bidding and out-bidding situation. He respected that the offer I made was serious and final. But he helped the vendor and myself to reach an amicable compromise. James was always punctual for our appointments, made himself available for opening locked spaces etc without be obtrusive. He was well informed about the specifications and details of the property. When he did not know the answer to a question, he didn't make it up, he found out the correct answer from the vendor or her solicitor. My offer was accepted in precisely one week after my first viewing. During the weeks that followed, James helped to keep communications going between the difficult-to-contact vendor and the out-of-town solicitor. I could not be more satisfied with the service and personal support I received from James Lee, His professionalism and his efficiency are a credit to his agency and the industry.

GoogleOur contact, James Lee has been very efficient, knowledgeable and determined throughout this whole process. He took the time to understand what we wanted and had absolute conviction when he said that there was a house coming on the market that we would love and he was right as we have now exchanged on that exact house. Not only that, he managed to rally a fairly large chain together in order to exhcange in record time. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!

GoogleI used Greene and Co for both the sale of my property and my onward purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their advice about the current market, in comparison to other agents, was bang on the money. They arranged numerous viewings during my sale and were diligent with arrangements for these and responsive with feedback. I have also really valued their proactive support with my subsequent purchase. With thanks especially to Josh Holder for bringing in my sale and for finding me a lovely new home. Thanks also to James Lee for bringing me a host of viewings and for even rushing round with our keys when we'd locked ourselves out! And lastly, thanks to Paul Harris for being so steadily at the helm.

GoogleIt was an absolutely pleasure meeting Luis from Greene & Co. Kensal Rise agency. He was amazing and extremely helpful from the moment we met him. Luis was clearly well informed and had a fantastic vision for properties that would be suitable for me and my flatmate. He did his best when negotiating with landlords and dealing with our referencing. Without a doubt, Luis is the best agent we've had. Thank you so much!

We had been quite urgently looking for a place and Natalie Latus was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. The whole letting experience was smooth and hassle-free and to top it all off, we got some nice free goodies! I would not hesitate in recommending both Natalie and Greene & Co.

GoogleGreene & Co have been brilliant, all across London. So thorough and supportive, even when the location we wanted to buy in changed a million times. Josh was very diligent, and thought outside the box, showing us a number of properties we really liked, and very responsive to us as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. Also very helpful giving us lots of info about local facilities around Kensal Rise/Green.

GoogleI really trusted Greene & Co for the get go. Our account manager Oliver was friendly, professional and most of all honest. At the end of the day the house we got was listed with an other estate agent but I still called Olly to sense-check something contractual and he went above and beyond to help - there is a bottle of something lovely being dropped into the office soon Sir!

GoogleMy boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Luis Mendes from Green & Co when looking for our next property. Luis really took the time to get to know our needs, sent us properties that fit within our criteria, and ones he felt matched our requirements - a real gem amongst agents. He was easily able to put himself in our shoes, and after only a couple viewings was able to find us properties that suited us as people. Even though we didn't end up finding our next home through Greene & Co, I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking in Kensal Green/Kensal Rise.
