As a tenant, I have found real estate agencies generally are frustrating to deal with. Hamptons was the first agency I have dealt with that this wasnt the case. 'Deepest thanks to Jonathan Isaac and his Lettings team-- Hamptons, 41 Shad Thames, London SE1 2NJ As an overseas landlord, Jonathon Isaac and his team has provided me with "Peace of Mind" through efficient service and a 'Listen, support and advise' working attitude. I was introduced to him in June 2016 by one of Hamptons' overseas agents, my property administrator had retired after 20 years' service and a lot of work was needed to give the property a fresh face----- for the past 2 years Mr Isaac has been patiently guiding me through awkward tenancy renewals, tedious property re-furnishing which were time consuming ( by phone or email) and without monetary gain. Finally, the property was re-let earlier this year. In the process of choosing a tenant, I was at a loss with quality proposals but eventually chose the second highest bidder. Mr Isaac respected my choice and did not coax me into accepting the one with the best offer. He and his team did not mind explaining things to me to iron out differences in cultural background , mindsets , so that I can see things to the best of my interests. A lot of advice did not cover Lettings alone, but also apply to other aspects of property ownership in London. Words alone cannot express my thanks and appreciation, we have never met face to face but one day I hope to thank him again , in London.'

During the past 12 months, I have used the services of the Hamptons team at 41 Shad Thames. First was Jonathan Isaac who let my flat in Admirals Court, and then Peter Papa who found a buyer for the flat which, given Brexit and the collapse of buy to let, was quite amazing. Both were user friendly, totally professional, not remotely pushy and both stayed on the job in an extremely pro-active way until completion. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have recently rented a property through Hamptons Tower Bridge and have been very pleased with the service provided. Harry has been very helpful and responsive and, now that we have moved in, Megan has also been helpful in helping sort out teething problems in the flat. We have moved around a lot and, compared to other tenancy vetting agencies, we did find the vetting agent (Keysafe) that Hamptons use to be overly bureaucratic and unresponsive, but Harry was very helpful in reassuring us throughout the process.

We have used Hamptons Shad Thames office , headed by Jonathan Issacs to rent out and manage our two flats in Boss House in SE1 for the last three years. I have worked with Jonathan Isaac for over 10 years and he has consistently gone above and beyond to provide an excellent service, he is practical, always gets the pricing right - important for me as an overseas landlord. Previously I used multiple agents and was often steered wrong on pricing which meant my flat didn't rent quickly. When adjusted to Jonathan's recommendation it goes quickly. In addition, Hamptons almost always secured a tenant for me before the other two big agents even had a look in. Also, when he tells you it is a good tenant - it is, not an experience I have had with other agents! He is honest, straight forward and an absolute pleasure to work with. I very highly recommend him!

I can recommend Jonathan and his team in the Hamptons Shad Thames office to anyone wanting a professional, proactive service, well above the other agents we experienced in the area. Jonathan in particular goes the extra 100 miles to really help landlords ensure their tenants are happy. He works both ends in a seamless way and I have not experienced this completely beyond-the-call-of-duty experience from any other agent we have dealt with in London. He is an excellent operator.
