Google* Please note that this review is only for the 2 specified people, as my experience with others at Hamptons has not been as positive. Megan S. has been the managing agent for my flat, and has been amazing. She is very professional, thorough, and very responsive. We are always given notice if any work is scheduled or if important documents are to be expected in the mail. Her communication, and more importantly, follow up, is excellent. Megan is 100% the most helpful & professional person that my flatmate & I have corresponded with at Hamptons. Ayo A. has also been very helpful in managing & amending our contracts as needed in a timely manner!

GoogleHamptons were fantastic during our property search! Mario understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us around a number of attractive options. We had a small window of time to secure a new flat and we appreciate how Mario took this into account by answering our questions promptly and getting the paperwork submitted fast! Our new flat is also managed by Hamptons and since moving in Megan has been quick to respond to emails and fix any issues we've encountered!

GoogleMy worst experience with estate agents so far. I was ghosted by Priya, who scheduled a viewing with me and would not reply to any of my messages. I had to call about 7-8 times and talk to a bunch of different people to be able to reach her, so she could tell me a day later that the viewing is cancelled. Not only that, but she was extremely rude and told me I should learn the law on renting licenses because I was not aware of a rule regarding students. Overall, I was treated horribly, spoken to very very rudely, and heavily misleaded.

GoogleHamptons got us 2 offers on our apartment in Elephant & Castle within 2 weeks (after a couple of months of no interest with another agent). Thanks to Henry & especially Charlotte who were both incredibly helpful throughout, especially when it came to exchanging at the last minute before Christmas. The solicitors involved weren't great & Charlotte was always chasing them for updates, which took a load of stress off our shoulders. Our purchase was also via Hamptons (albeit a different branch) & they were also amazing. Definitely recommend :)

GoogleMegan Sillett, our property manager, was very helpful throughout the tenancy when we needed her help and went the extra mile to provide references, chase things etc. when moving out and needed her help with the new landlord - she is great! Mario Martinez was also very helpful when renting the flat and again when moving out, pointing us in the right directions and helping us through the different admin processes.
