GoogleHorrible agency. First of all letting departments does not pick up the phone all day long. I tried to call maybe 20 times. When I called sales department to tell that lettings does not pick up the phone, the guy hang up the phone. Other sales person took a message to pass to a letting department. No one called back. Would never do any kind of business with this agency. Rude people with no manners. Found a property with another agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThank you Ben and Dan so much for my new home. Tey made the process so easy and fast. Great teamwork, great attitude, great experience! Ben showed the flat, and after the decision (1hr later) was made, he guided through the process and everything happened effortless and fast, then Dan took over and again great experience. THANK YOU so much guys!😊 and when more properties will be needed, they will be the first to contact.

GoogleFound my ideal flat in Canning town with the help of William H of Hamptons. It was the 2nd property William showed me and it ticked all the boxes. I'm still at the early stage of the buying process but William has been fantastic since the beginning advising me on what to do and keeping me informed as required. I've read horror stories online about EA's, but the process has been so smooth with these guys. William and his team have been very professional and proven that there are still genuine and helpful EA's out there. Thanks guys!

GoogleExtremely happy with the service from Claire Hewitt at Hamptons. I was moving and the property I was supposed to move into fell through. I reached out to a lot of agencies including Hamptons. Claire showed me a property that had a few offers on it and said if this one didn't work out she would do her best to find something else for me, and she delivered! She was really friendly, professional and approachable. She was always available if I needed an update and replied very quickly. I really appreciate the effort she put in and that she found me my next home! Thanks for all your help Claire :)

GoogleJack and the Hamptons team did a fantastic job with one of the speediest transactions for buying a house that many may have heard. Jack was extremely communicative, engaged and diligent in following up progress and greatly helped in the negotiation process. Very satisified, I think the outstanding fact which distinguishes Hamptons from other estate agents is a the calibre of houses/flats which they on board. Guaranteed high quality and standards with experienced service.

GoogleWe recently bought an apartment in CW through Hamptons. Obviously our experience was as buyers rather than clients, but it was a pleasure dealing with Jack through what was a bit of an epic and at times tricky transaction, mainly due to third party inertia beyond the control of either ourselves and the vendor. He showed excellent judgement and awareness of difficult and turbulent market conditions and kept the sale on track through some challenging moments. Having attempted to work directly with some of the developers operating in CW, dealing with a proper agency like Hamptons was a MASSIVE relief.
