I commuted for 40 min for a viewing yesterday only to be told when I arrived that the agent (Lucas) didn’t have the right keys. I said it was okay but was promised a video by end of day, as I needed to move quickly. I told the agent I really liked the property (on Pepper street to be specific) and that I was ready to put an offer and deposit the same day. No video received, no apologies and no responses. Next day when I followed up, he said he was off and not working. I have since signed a contract and moved on, but I feel bad for the landlord for putting his property in the hands of such an unprofessional agent.

I would really recommend Adam and Jack if you are looking to sell your property. They moved quickly when I initially enquired with them, they were open to negotiation, took a commercial approach to matters and never pressured me into anything (which I felt like other agents tried to do). They always kept me updated on viewings, status of matters and offers. There was an issue with the initial floor plan being incorrect but they quickly rectified the problem. They were also a great help once it got to the legals stage - they followed up with the buyer regularly, recommended great solicitors, and responded to my emails/calls very quickly. We first met Jack when he visited our property. We wanted to sell immediately and buy something else. Jack took a lot of time to explain to us his approach and how he will be connected with us through the process. He mentioned he would be available on a Whatsapp group as well as give us feedback on property for us to make it most marketable. He arranged a photographer the next day and with his efforts the property was sold in less than 2 weeks! His constant feedback through viewings helped us elevate the property. Through the sale - he was constantly in touch - reminding us on all the things we need to do to hit the 30th June deadline. If it wasn't for his speedy sale - we wouldn't have managed to move to our beautiful property. Jack also has really good contacts and helped us hire excellent solicitors. Adam - was equally helpful in letting us speed up things and recommending last minute services for move out. Overall we are super pleased with Hamptons, especially Jack & Adam.

We recently sold a flat in E14 through Jack. When Jack pitched the sale to us he promised - good service, clear communication and honesty all of which he delivered on. We flagged that we want to get the flat on the market ASAP and he was able to arrange for photographer, marketing materials and everything else in 2 days. We interviewed a number of estate agents who promised a higher valuation. Jack was mindful that we wanted to transact quickly and was able to price the house for sale - rather than keeping it on the market for a long time.
