The 5 stars are for the property management team (specifically Hanna) I was a forced landlord after I could not sell my flat due to the cladding issues. The tenant disputed the very normal check out and damage costs but Hanna was great in following up with the tenant and explaining to her why she was in the wrong. Even after the tenant got aggressive and threatened legal action Hanna was a great source of information and advice on how we should proceed. It took a while due to the crazy regulatory system around home rentals in the UK but Hanna managed to get me the full damages that were owed. I highly recommend her. In terms of finding a suitable tenant Hamptons did not do a good job. The first tenant was rejected for having court judgements against them (why this wasn't check I don't know).

As overseas landlords, we have a very thoughtful, swift, professional and considerate Property Manager Charlie F. who manages our London unit over the past two years: she is very responsible and helped us tremendously in problem-solving about the unit, by furnishing thorough annual inspection report, and liaising with our long stay tenant (diplomatically), repair contractors, the Council (tax and license renewals), and Trinity Estates (fees and utilities): very well done indeed!

Ellie and Adam were both fantastic help and guidance in a very long sale process. They were always there when stuff appeared to be "stuck" and helped move stuff along. We received very accurate advice from them in terms of realistic timelines and potential things we need to consider to make sure we meet the deadlines. The deal would've been so much more difficult (if happened at all) without Ellie's help.

Recently rented a property with my flatmate through Hamptons - been here two weeks so far. Our estate agent, Gytis, was great and by far the best of all agents we had spoken with whilst looking for a place to rent. Also very helpful through the renting process. Our property manager, Hanna, has been absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, and upon us flagging two maintenance issues with the property, she was able to arrange for them to be fixed within less than a day. Our sales agent from Hamptons was Andy. I must say he is very experienced in his work, having been in the industry long enough. He was not pushy , but let us view the property, answer our questions and let us decide. He also guided us well through the process of buying, coordinating with solicitors and the vendor to ensure the process goes smoothly and swiftly. It wasn't a very stressful process for us as we also hired the solicitors recommended by Hamptons. So as a team they worked well taking the stress out of us. During a nervous time accompanying my daughter first-time property buying, Suzanna really helped. She came to viewings equipped not just with information on the flat in question but also, the block, the management company and the area itself. She struck a perfect balance in respecting the property owner / tenant's home, whilst giving us the time and space to properly view the property.
