'Rolanda at Haarts Southgate branch has been a pleasure to work with. She's thorough and vigilant which I can see by some other Facebook comments has been taken in the wrong way. With something as important as this, you don't want someone who will just tell you what you want to hear. As someone who has never had to deal with estates before selling or buying, I can say that Rolanda made the experience clear cut and she certainly managed my expectations well. I feel she is experienced and personal, and I'd recommend Rolanda to friends and family any day. She gets the job done and seems to be a leading woman at this branch which is lovely to see. My husband and I just exchanged on a property today. We've been very lucky to have Rolanda Politakis from the Southgate branch on our case. Throughout the process, Rolanda was always present and kept all parties updated on a daily basis. She is professional, experienced and genuinely knows what she's talking about. Rolanda worked extremely hard to ensure the best outcomes were delivered for both the seller, and us, the buyers, as efficiently as possible. It's due to her excellent project management and relationship management skills, with a no-nonsense approach that we were able to exchange today with completion in a few days. I would have no hesitation recommending her to both buyers and sellers as she's THE person to get things done the right way! Thank you very much Rolanda. I'd also like to thank Kamal for showing us the property. We had originally discounted the house from looking at a listing on a property website. After intently listening to our brief face 2 face, Kamal knew exactly what we were looking for and subsequently scheduled a viewing the same afternoon. We would have never considered to view it in person without Kamal's recommendations and it turned out to be more than what we were looking for! Thank you Kamal!

I have contacted Fiona Murphy-Archetti to express my interest in numerous properties and on each occasion she was able to secure viewings within a matter of hours. Her knowledge, friendliness and genuine interest in my property needs was a welcome delight. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any vendor or buyer. Thank you Fiona.

Fiona was really helpful and friendly throughout the process. Communication was easy, with reminder texts/emails before viewings and follow-up phone calls after. Fiona also sent through other similar properties she thought I may be interested in which was useful. Highly recommend Fiona and Haart Southgate

My experience with haart has been excellent. Everyone in the team has been responsive and helpful. Joanna in particular has always been professional, informed, on-time and works incredibly fast. From booking in our first meeting, to getting the listing ready with high quality photos and video giving the best chance of a quick sale - Thanks Joanna and team!

I have a property for sale with Haart Southgate, previously (and somewhat stupidly) having advertised it with a different agency. The service I’m receiving now is out of this world compared to the previous agents, and I wish I’d gone with Haart from day 1. Joanna has been fantastic, so professional and it’s genuinely a pleasure to work with her. I’d recommend Haart Southgate, and Joanna in particular, to anybody.

My experience with Haart Southgate is great so far. Fiona particularly has been really helpful. She was kind enough to show us the property, even though she was not keeping well. That reflects her thorough professionalism and dedication. The communication has been really smooth and she has supported us wherever possible.

We are very pleased to meet with the responsible agent Manda, who knows all the details of the house we need and informs us when a suitable house is available on the market. Dealing with viewing responsibly even if we cannot do during office time 9 to 5. Thank you Manda.

Rolanda Politakis sold me my current house four years ago and I was really impressed with the service. So I was delighted to discover that Rolanda is still with Haart Southgate when I called in with a few general questions. Rolanda was out on a visit but she called me back later and we met up. A short conversation really helped me clarify my thinking and consider a range of possibilities. Thank you again, Rolanda!

Joanna at Southgate Haart is a delight to deal with, during the pandemic I understand that estate agencies have had a lot more work to deal with and have had to work under a lot of pressure. But that has not hindered Joanna answering any query I may have, or assisting me in any way possible regarding the sale of my house. Thank you Joanna and Team.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

From our first dealings with Haarts, Joanna and the team took a caring approach with regular updates. This was a complicated sale involving a number of parties who had to be kept up to speed since we were not in the area. The team remained cheerful and upbeat throughout. Well done. We have no hesitation in recommending them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fiona was a superstar for us, we were new to looking in the area and she was so helpful in explaining the market. She also arranged a viewing for a property outside our price range so we could get an idea of what renovations could be. Thank you Fiona!

Fiona was fantastic in helping with our property search, we had appointments set up within days of our initial call and we had an offer accepted just over a week after that. The viewings at Ash Grove went very well with Tanyel. She was very polite and made me feel really relaxed to ask any question that i had in mind. The house though was not up to what I expect but was really happy with the agent Tanyel for tge advice and info she gave me about the area. I will definitely be looking for properties with Haarts again. Thanks. Abu Bah
