We had a fantastic experience with haart Southgate. From the beginning, Benjamin Gili-Ross was professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. He kept us informed throughout the process and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciated his honesty, patience, and excellent communication. We would highly recommend Benjamin and the whole team at haart Southgate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your help!

When buying my first flat recently, I dealt with Rolanda who was really helpful, friendly and responsive, and liaised between myself, the sellers, often chasing up any missing bits of paperwork or so forth, to keep the transaction moving. Nothing was too much trouble and it was far smoother than I had expected and, indeed, far quicker! Really decent people and couldn't fault any aspect of the service. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Benjamin at Haart Southgate. He showed us a great property which we ended up making an offer on and subsequently purchased. It was a somewhat long winded and complicated transaction due to the specifications of the chain but Ben has been super helpful throughout. We could not have been happier with the service provided. If you are considering selling your property - we'd highly recomend Haart Southgate and Benjamin in particular, you'll be in good hands!

They made what could have been a very stressful process significantly less stressful and the communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended. Thank you 🤩

Ben was delightful, the nicest sales person I have spoken to in a very long time! Made me feel at ease and listend to. He took the time and showed interest, not like just a simple check box question exercise. He even convinced me to have our house valued bay Haart. Thanks Ben!

Rayhan from Haart Estate Agents was expectional in his approach to selling my property, he is knowledgeable, understands local market, guide you through the right approach to pricing your property in the market especially the right and wrong time to sell. Sadly current market reflects buyers in favor of sellers but that is how property market works. He understands that part of property market better than few others i met. Would not hesitate to use his agency's services in future. Thank you Rayhan.

I recently purchased my house via Haart Southgate and could not have been more impressed with the teams service! Rolanda, Lia & Ben in particular were outstanding in handling the purchase and as an agent myself, the expectations were incredibly high, so for them to have exceeded it speaks volume at how great they all are! I would strongly recommend using Rolanda and her team for another property related matter within the areas the office covers.

Ben was quick to follow up on my Rightmove enquiry and get a viewing booked in. He was very helpful throughout the viewing and follow up process. I have been able to discuss any concerns with various members of the team who all seem very knowledgeable on their subject area.

They say you shouldn't mix business with pleasure, but Fiona is the exception. A genuinely lovely person who happens to be amazing at what she does. Although ultimately the property I settled on was not through this agent, Fiona opened up my mind to exploring types of properties and locations I'd never previously considered (but which I subsequently incorporated into my search thereafter) - and I'm so glad I did. She works exceptionally hard to give you a bespoke service and despite our rocky initial start (all my fault entirely), she is a positive and very-much missed presence in my life, even now! Thankyou so much Fiona, and all the best... P.S.

There were some legal difficulties when dealing with the sale and purchase of property but both Rolanda Politakis and Joanna at the Southgate Haart branch were very helpful, friendly and patient. They worked well together. Joanna always smiling and answering all my inquiries and Rolanda was particularly helpful as her assertive but polite approach with the legal team helped move the process and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. The whole process took 8 months but we got there at the end. Rolanda was very helpful at the completion day when her intervention speeded up what could have been a stressful day. I will definitely recommend both of them 😊
