Fiona was fantastic. We were delayed by an incident on the Tube then had to wait a while for a bus but Fiona was still very welcoming upon our arrival, despite our tardiness! She showed us around the home we were viewing and explained how it looked when it was furnished to assist with us 'visualising' the empty space being lived in. Haart helped us through a complex transaction which spanned over a year including 3 sales of our house. They marketed the property well and were able to sell it quickly each time. They were good at communicating throughout and dealt with some interesting characters up and down the chain. Always happy to answer our phone calls (there were many) and gave us important advice. The agent Joanna was a very friendly person.She rang in advance if everything was fine regarding covid before coming over to view the property. When we meet in person at my brothers house she was very professional, she set down to discuss the market value of other properties in the area so that we get to know what would be the reflection of the valuation. She asked if we were ready to go to market but for time being its for probate valuation. Joanna was very professional and friendly from the moment we spoke on the phone. As soon as we started talking I mentioned how nice it was to hear someone who is very accommodating and enthusiastic whilst speaking to me. Very easy to navigate around the website. Excellent layout, clean and clear. The pull down menu is easy to find. Popup assistance available on the website should you wish to enquire about anything. The response is timely. Branch address and phone numbers are clearly visible on the front page. Good amount of properties to let/buy. Good videos and photos of the properties. My partner and I have recently bought a property through Haart Southgate, as first time buyers. It’s been a bit of mixed experience but redeemed by the good people who work there. Speaking of which, Joanna Gregoriou is an absolute asset to the team and if it wasn’t for her, then I doubt we would have had the progress/end result we desired. It felt as though she was really empathetic and understanding towards us as first time buyers and was excellent in her communication throughout. This came as a refreshing change to Rolanda, who was dealing with our case first. She was passive aggressive in her responses to us and didn’t seem to have our interests at heart. She seemed very desperate to get the sale across- at whatever cost- and the level of care seemed to disappear. The best thing she did for us was pass our case over to Joanna, which worked out to be a great move in the end. We’re both really disappointed, as from reading the reviews below about Rolanda, we wish we received the same service.
