Rolanda was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. Due to Covid I experienced a lot of setbacks with getting a mortgage offer and she was nothing but kind, reassuring and helpful the entire way through. There was a very long wait between offer accepted and mortgage offer and Rolanda still kept me in the loop and answered all of my annoying questions. No problem too big and none too small, she was always happy to help and I will forever be grateful to her for helping me secure my first home. I would always recommend her and the Haart team to friends and family and would definitely hope to use them in future with another purchase.

Using Haart Southgate could not have been a worse experience. Seven weeks after my property went on the market with them, they had failed to get the description of my property right, had not even had floorplans made and did not generate a single viewing. The branch manager Rolanda is a lazy, rude, obnoxious person who should not be allowed to be in a position where she ruins the chances of people selling their homes. When asked questions, she fobs you off (if you are fortunate enough to get a reply) and lies about the fact that she had been asked in the first place. I had to eventually go over her head to the regional manager Michael Wright who was equally useless. I had to ask him over and over again to get me released from their contract. If you plan to use an estate agent in Southgate use anyone else but DO NOT use Haart.

Joanna Gregoriou turned up on time for our first meeting and was ready to answer all our question, which she did in a professional manner. She was very pleasant, helpful and provided us with lots of information and made clear our options. She also outlined all the help we could expect from her department at Haarts in Southgate. She also introduced to a mortgage adviser, James Jalalian, whose advice and calculations we found very useful and he acted very professionally. I highly recommend Haarts to anyone, who is thinking of selling their property or buying a property.

The best Agent in North London Having dealt with many agents over the last 26 years, I must note that Rolanda was a breath of fresh air. If you are seeking to private rent look elsewhere where! You will be wasting your time as you get no response! I see a property listed to rent I called to enquire about it and was told someone would call me the next day , I received no call so I chased it up and called everyday for the past week, I called at least 4-5 times a day as I was extremely interested in the property, I also emailed about it to. Each time I called i got put through to a presume switch board or something along the lines of this, and I just got told someone would contact me which never happened. Yesterday I managed to arrange a viewing for the property for today, again never spoke to anyone from the branch itself. I get to the property for the arranged time and no one was there, I called once again to be told the property was gone. A few of the times I called the lady I spoken to said she will mark it as urgent so I’d get a call back. Again not a single call or email, I called a number of times everyday for a week and absolutely no correspondence at all. Extremely disheartening to of heard the property was gone despite my efforts to get someone to contact me.

My husband and I just exchanged on a property today. We've been very lucky to have Rolanda Politakis from the Southgate branch on our case. Throughout the process, Rolanda was always present and kept all parties updated on a daily basis. She is professional, experienced and genuinely knows what she's talking about. Purchased a property from HAART. I was very impressed with the great customer service provided! I found the staff very helpful. Jess was my point of contact from start to finish of the purchase. Jess was courteous, polite, helpful and went all out of her way to sort out any queries. Rolanda was supportive especially when a few findings about the property were not what we expected. Exceptional customer service! The only shortcoming was some information related to the property was missed which can be easily overcome.
