They put criminals in rented flats purely to make money. After complaining over 20 times, providing evidence (including from the police) nothing is being done. Avoid at all cost, absolutely useless agency!

If as a landlord you wish to wait for the flat fair scheme to still be adjudicating for non payment of rent after 3 months then go ahead use this agent. The rent was due end of June.

Awful experience. Only contact you back when it’s about money or renewing contracts. Most awful place for customer service and letting people live in safe properties. They ignore you, don’t call back and talk rubbish.
