Absolutely dreadful. Incompetent, lazy, rude. As a landlord I recommend using ANY other company than this one. No-one calls back, no-one knows anything and everything is an additional charge. Regret the day I ever used these amateurs posing as estate agents.

GoogleConcerned about all the negative reviews at first but I must say my experience was a positive one. Very responsive, polite and professional! They lose a star because of errors on their tenancy agreements which I had to point out!

GoogleI was a tenant in Tremadoc Road. The agency submitted false documentation on behalf of the landlord to help him claim all of my deposit worth over 2000£. I had to go through a lengthy dispute through TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) but in the end I got all my money back. If you are a tenant take pictures of everything as you will need them to claim back your deposit, good luck.
