No-show agent with no communication or apology - avoid!

I drove up from London to Coventry to view a Property. I booked the viewing with Mohammed. There was no message to confirm the viewing sent on SMS or email. I arrived at the property 15 mins early and called to let the agency know I was there. I was connected to the central office where they confirmed they could see my booking and promised a call back to let me know if Mohammed was running late or if he was on his way.

My experience with the Guilford letting team was excellent, Samuel was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional and, most importantly, incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen to everything I explained and did his very best to help based on the information I provided. I really appreciated how approachable and responsive he was, always keeping me informed and making sure I understood what was happening. He was patient, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Great experience

We had a professional, informative, truthful and trustworthy experience when we were selling our house. The staff worked as a team and were very accommodating especially during viewings. We were kept informed. We felt valued in every step of the journey. Thanks to Danny, Aaron and Tyan, particularly, because they worked directly with us. Sylvena was great to work with when my partner and I were securing our flat. She was supportive, and made sure to communicate with us every step of the way. Would 100% work with her again! However I would feedback that the admin team were a bit slow to process our tenancy agreement, we didn’t get it until around midday on our move in date which made things quite rushed, didn’t get our keys until 5pm on move in day. Made things a bit stressful and uncertain!

Israr was really helpful in our property rental search. He secured our property really quickly and communicated all information with us very fast, and answering all of our questions about the property and landlord really quickly. The admin team at Haart took a very long time to send the official contract through to us but Israr kept us in the loop throughout and helped the process come along and speed up. Israr was very responsive to all messages via WhatsApp and over the phone, great agent at Haart! The admin team were very slow to send over the contract however, it took 4 weeks for the contract to be drawn and we didn’t receive it until the night before the contract started!

Me and my future housemate wandered into Haart’s letting agency in Clapham on a whim and ended up finding our dream house. Not only were the estate agents extremely friendly and helpful, but accommodated to our requirements and searched hard to find us a place to live. Our experience with Israr was fantastic as he not only arranged our viewing and waited for us when we ran late, but made it a fun experience and answered all the questions we had for him (there were a lot!). Additionally he helped us get rent prices down so that we could place an offer on our favourite house. Avoid this agent

I would not recommend this agent to anyone. The absolute bare minimum is conducted for the fees they charge! There is no care in what they do, and as a landlord you’re just lucky if you have a decent tenant. This agent failed on so many levels, but the branch manager had no interest in following up with any of my concerns raised throughout the management of the property. Further, despite reaching out to Haart via Social Media they too had no interest. In addition the lack of experience and knowledge of the person managing my property was shocking! I cannot believe I made such an error when choosing an agent. Sadly, their ego got the better of them and if it was my business I’d be concerned with the way this branch operates. Yet again an agent / branch manager who can talk the talk to secure the contract and delivers very little thereafter.

By far the best estate agents in Thurrock

Previously I went with Gower Dawes and had a torrid experience in all honesty but not about to revisit this.I then changed to Haart and was apprehensive as they were more expensive and everyone kept saying all estate agents are the same. Well let me tell you now, they are certainly not. From start to end Haart have been nothing short of amazing. Dan's attention to detail on the photos of my house and also a great video he filmed promoting every aspect of my property. The only unfortunate bit was that we were in the middle of a interest rate crisis so were up against it. Even so, Haart were sending round viewers after viewers after viewers and working their socks off. Bradley and Katie were bloody amazing and did everything they could to sell my house but we needed a change in the governments stance on the interest rates which thankfully dod eventually happen. The house then sold and the level of service did not slow down with Rio who is an absolute star pushing solicitors, my buyers, estate agents and more. Rio works an unbelievable amount and takes a pride in her work crossing every T and dotting every I. I popped into to drop off my keys today and honestly was like a reunion of old friends sharing some laughs and going back over the whole experience. I highly recommend Haart and the whole team. In my opinion you get what you pay for and with Haart you get even more so worth every penny. Sending big hugs to the whole team and again thank you all so much. 🙏😊

Do not go with Haart.

Do not go with Haart.We signed up with Haart in February. We dealt with basically all of the Lincoln team. We encountered various mistakes from double bookings to blunt replies. Christie comes round and does the sales pitch says they have loads of people on the books that would love to buy the place… takes the pictures and disappears. We needed new pictures taken because they took a photo of the wrong side of the apartment building. Very difficult to get them to come back out. Don’t bother calling or texting them because they won’t answer. Don’t bother getting in contact with Sarah Hammond because she will be rude and blunt to you and not actually answer your questions until you prod her three times. I asked Haart to do our viewings because I wanted to get the most out of selling costs (because they’re a lot). Firstly, none of them were available so I did them but what makes it even worse, when they did do the viewing, they, firstly, took them to the wrong building… and once in the building, they just stood in the hallway without saying a word. I then had to do the viewing anyway. I don’t think they got the memo that they’re meant to be selling the place. Vicky Blore will email you and ask you if you want to use a ‘marketing tool’ they call price bracketing but what it means is dropping the price. This led to those viewing offering below the stated bracketing. Which was significantly less than the original advertised price. Haart definitely work on quantity over quality. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes.When we did terminate our contract, they forgot to take the listing down despite mentioning it to them on the day. I rang up the day after telling them to take it down and i'd like email confirmation of this. I saw they took it down but haven’t received any confirmation.

Haart have gone radio silent...

I moved into my current rental flat in 2022.I'm currently dealing with the Fleet branch who manage the property I'm staying in. At the start of my tenancy they were great and communicated effectively. After I settled in my rental property, it got to the point where all my maintenance requests were being ignored despite them being logged through the correct portal. These were serious issues as well - a window that doesn't close, constant leaks, part of the buildings exterior falling down, damp walls & ceilings, and I'm not being given 48hrs notice whenever anyone needs to access my flat (which is every month or so for the most bizarre reasons).To say they've gone radio silent isn't exactly correct... they email me once a year to tell me rent is going up. I responded to their most recent email in June with all my concerns asking why maintenance issues were being ignored, and they haven't responded or acknowledged this.Last week the council served me with an order to vacate the flat as it isn't safe to live in, and Haart STILL won't talk to me. I've started packing up my belongings, but I have no idea what's going on or where to go.

appalling management of an upmarket flat

We had let a flat via Haart lettings in Dartford for 5 years. The only management which they do is to take your money for what is surely the worst management ever. We have no faith in them. When we took the flat off the market no one had visited in 5 years. A brand new flat was completely destroyed and it took almost £11k to refurbish it. The staff charged us twice for cleaning after the tenancy ended. Do not let through this company's Dartford branch. They should be shut down for immoral trading. When we started to get cross they simply refused to reply. We are now contemplating suing them for all the aggravation they have cost us and the monies they have taken from us illegally. Trading standards need to be aware of their methods

I was offered a free property appraisal by Haarts Estate agent and a representative visited my home in May 2026. I have been waiting since then for a valution report from them, despire me being the one to chase by calling Haarts over 6 times and also writing an email they have still not provided me the the report. If this is what they are like even before a prospective marketing process, then begs the question should they be trusted with the sale.of your property
