I would highly avoid Haart for rentals. If there is an issue at the property they don’t care. Didn’t have a working hot water heater for 2 months. Landlord and haart refused to fix.

TrustpilotTerrible customer service for tenants
Terrible customer service for tenants. My roof has been damaged about 2 months ago. I called them 7 times to have it fixed. They never got back to me.

GoogleHave ignored all emails and phone calls. We exited our flat over a month ago and no one will speak to us regarding our deposit. Were owed nearly £2k. At least email or call to say you're working on it.
