We were shown around a property by Scott, who was very helpful and made a special effort to arrange a second viewing at very short notice. Subsequently, we liaised with Nathan, who communicated our interest and offers to the vendor very promptly, eventually resulting in our offer being accepted. We're now looking forward to moving into our new home as quickly as possible.

These people scammed me. They took £400 “holding deposit” from me and after I proved them I have no unpaid credit they refused to refund my money and didn’t hold the house for me.

Having rented for nearly 20 years I have never known such horrendous service from a property management company. Say they are going to call back, but don’t. Countless emails, phone calls (not answered), get told eventually a contractor will call me - they don’t! Call the lettings team they won’t get involved. What sort of company is Haart?!

Rang luton branch to view a house 3 times no call backs no explanation no viewing do you want to sell houses. Are you really professional? I work in retail if I gave this kind of service I would be disgusted and reprimanded. So went somewhere else a d assume I lost this property.

Received a notice I need to vacate. The moment I received the notice I let them know I’m leaving at the end date of the contract not the end date of the notice. However they still said I was liable for the rent until then. Had issues with the property and they were always late in helping with this. Just the worst. Avoid!
