Using emotional blackmail to buy houses. Sending out silly flyers claiming to be legit buyers who “recently lost their husband” utter disgusting tactics stay far clear of this company and do not buy any of their properties as they probably got them due to pure manipulation.

GoogleAvoid at all costs, I've had bad experiences with estate agents but this one easily take the crown. Slimey liars and the branch manager Christian is completely useless. Don't take the risk it really isn't worth it even if you find a great place.

Be present when they do the check out, when you leave a rented property. They will ask you to drop off the keys and then they will do the check out without you. I strongly reccomend you to do it with them.

When buying a house, do not be fooled by the description of the house without CHAINS , this is not a hundred guarantee it will only be so for the treatment of customers that there are no chains. There will definitely be problems!bad services!!!!

Appalling service. They never phone back and it's impossible to get hold of a property manager. I've received no rent since May and they seem totally incapable of getting rid of the tenant or keeping me informed!
