Don't answer the phone, the property was taken off the market without letting us know, agreed to put the property back on the market and a week later it's still not on there. The only was we can get a response is to go into the office and they don't respond to emails or calls.

Worst experience - Stay away

I (landlord) have used haart for last one year and they are absolute rip-offs. They find the most expensive builders to do work i.e. fitting tap (quote £250), boiler replacement (quote £4000). They will not respond to your emails for days. Everytime you call them, someone new will pick up the call. I never had such stressful year in my life. Avoid them.
