Both of the ladies in the Clacton letting team went above and beyond what I’d normally expect from a letting agent, in fact they spent nearly an entire day between them trying (and succeeding) to sort out an electric meter issue with Unity (rubbish supplier)

TrustpilotLandlords and tenants stay clear they are hassle
Landlords and tenants be careful and we recommend going to other agents not haarts. They steal your rent they are contracted to pay you each month, they dream up fees to boost their turnover they send out rent arrears letters to nice fully paid tenants and hassle them incorrectly. Stay clear

I wouldn’t be giving them a 1 star if no stars was an option. Do not use this awful unprofessional Estate Agents. They are so awful they tarnish all other Estate Agents. They give incorrect information on contracts and still expect you to continue, they don’t reply to you, their staff are rude and are just so terrible. Stay clear.

Had our house on sale with Haart, they arranged numerous viewings, purchased with an offer over the guide price. It was managed by Adam Smith Haart who chased solicitors and made sure everything went through, even with obstacles being put in his way. Would recommend Haart to anyone selling their property.

Never phone you back, it seems like they have 12 year old working for them as they are incompetent. Promised phone calls never happen, customer service is appalling raising complaint, they might respond to that!!

the worse vendor care i have encountered. They largely overestimate my property and made me loose valuable time, money and opportunity. Hardly contacted me, and would take several days and many messages left to receive a call back. Their efforts were at best lame, and their attitude poor. would never recommend.
