TrustpilotProspective Tenants Beware
With holding deposit money for a property which we had to clean when we moved in. Only today have sent a copy of a report supposedly made prior to our occupation which clearly shows in photos that areas were not clean/as listed. (We have photographic/documented evidence from when we moved in.

Very bad experience we are calling from last 3 days that our water boiler is not working but still there is no any action has been taken yet …I don’t know where’s the fault because when we called to property management they didn’t pickup the call and if I talked with Haart agency they said it’s all responsibility property management team. What sould tenant do??

Haart lettings marketed my property on the request of the person who hoped to buy it. They never asked my permission to do so. Didn't want to know when I asked why and didnt seem to understand why I wasnt happy with them. Complaint got me nowhere.I will never ask Haart to let one if my properties

Poor customer service and they are liars. Messed my property that I let through them, lost my keys and also damage to the property by tenants was not recovered. They didn’t do a proper check out and check in but charged me money. Don’t let you properties through this con estate agent

We have had bad experience with Haart. Unfortunately worst property managers like Abidur Rahman, they are not committed to service and can't keep their words and not ready to solve or lookout for solution, instead they will change their position time and again saying we are only rent collectors if we reach them for any property related issues.

After a horrendous 11 months we have finally moved into our new house in thetford .i can’t praise thetford haart enough we didn’t sell through them but we bought our house through them and they were impeccable we found out more through them than with anyone else sue at the thetford office went above and beyond for us and we will be eternally grateful for it
