If I were to be truthful- then I would say my dealings with Haart have pleasant and cordial. However, very recently I have had the pleasure of connecting with Charlotte at Haart. Charlotte has come across as being eager to help, enthusiastic and very responsive. I wish her the very best - she’s definitely a great asset to Haart.

Agent got back to me when emailing asap and was very good at liaising back and forth from the landlord and myself.When I first started renting from haart they were extremely helpful in finding a property for myself and two children for emergency housing. They sped through paper work so that we could move into a new home quickly.

Thank you to everyone at haart Walderslade. We have had nothing but excellent service from the girls from start to finish. Jade was very quick in responding to any issues we had and was able to get our deposit returned promptly.

GoogleThey were very helpful throughout the process of renting our new flat. Considering that we were running out of time finding the new flat thanks to Haart and Pasqual everything went so smooth and they worked very hard for us. Mr Pasqual kept us updated about the whole process and had been giving us helpful advices.

I would highly recommend HAART for property management, I have only been with them for few weeks and there services to time and response was excellent. I have been dealing with Kismet and Pasquale who are great teams.They reply to emails and calls straight away to keep me updated on any needful.

Very unprofessional and constantly mess you around cancelling viewing last minute. Giving you the run around and lying about why viewing can't take place. Staff are very arrogant and seem to believe they know your own personal circumstances more than you do. Truly terrible experience.

Sorry to hear about your experience with haart and if their has been cancellation of your appointments and it being of short notice we do apologise but we can only dictate appointments dependant on accessibility and in some circumstances can be difficult or may change subject to availability and always try to cater for all our clients requirements.

TrustpilotDreadful service, and getting worse
After my last comment from over 6 months ago, absolutely nothing has improved with the service I have received from Haart. I now have a lawyer involved, and even this has not made any difference. Charlotte O Connor ‘forgot’ to give notice to my tenant of a section 21 notice, despite this being in a letter from my lawyer, and I still have not had Haart visit my flat to check the work that their tradespeople botched so badly 2 years ago, nor as part of the terms of the full management fee that I pay each month that they will visit once per tenancy to check up on things. I honestly could not have worse things to say about Haart and their service. Utterly dreadful, and please do not ever use them. Go anywhere but here, they simply do not care at all about anything except taking your money and providing nothing in return. Even giving one star is way too much.
