Absolutely unprofessional! Two days ago I spoke with one of the agent there for a house for sell and she told me that this house is still available and she will contact me for best day of viewing. They just ignored me, today in the morning that house was sold! And also there is matter if English person speak with them or a foreign!

Probably the most unprofessional of…

Probably the most unprofessional of Estate agents you can deal with. From calling up my estate agents screaming at them, the bullying the constant threats of withdrawing to allow sale to fall through. I highly encourage people to not sell through them, highly stressful, the most ridiculous experience. The lying and lack of consideration is just awful, they have completely wasted my time. Avoid! No wonder they barely have any decent properties for sale.

I would give them a zero but not available , completely and utterly useless , did not communicate , did not call us back , would not pass on offer to the vendors as they decided it wasn’t enough !! Completely incompetent my advice is steer clear with a barge pole !

They would just keep your holding…

They would just keep your holding deposit and make a bogus claim against you saying you didn't provide this paperwork or that. Proper scam artist specially a guy called ANDREA from lettings department. Do Not trust him. He is there leader.

This has been the most disappointing…

This has been the most disappointing experience for us since coming to the UK. Three weeks ago, we discovered a water drainage issue in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, which eventually led to water leaking into the kitchen on the 1st floor. We immediately contacted the relevant department to inspect the leak on the 2nd floor, which had caused the ceiling on the 1st floor to deteriorate. The situation was very bad and dangerous, and we were concerned about the potential for further ceiling damage. From the customer's perspective, we felt it needed urgent attention. So, we contacted the maintenance department right away.During the first week, we could reach the maintenance department and inquire about the situation. However, starting from the second week, they stopped answering our calls. We called them repeatedly from 10 AM to 4 PM, and they only answered once. It seemed like they were intentionally avoiding us. Finally, on the Friday of the second week, they told us they had contacted the owner and confirmed that the ceiling repair would happen soon. We were relieved to hear this news.When we called to follow up the next week, the maintenance department was unresponsive again. Even when we did get through, they claimed the person in charge was in a meeting and couldn't discuss the issue with us at that moment. They promised to call back within an hour and a half, but it was already 3 PM. They never called us back. This behavior felt deceptive, and we couldn't get our problem resolved.Today, when we called them again, their attitude was extremely rude and not what we expected from a company dealing with customers. We're not sure if there are some details they didn't explain clearly, but their response has been very disappointing. The person on the phone questioned why he had to explain things twice and seemed eager to hang up. They repeatedly lied, making it impossible for us to resolve the issue. Although we are Asian, we are willing to communicate in English, but the problem lies with their attitude. It's truly disappointing from what should be a reputable company. If you happen to read this message, I hope you choose carefully, and I hope you won't have an experience like mine

"Worst customer service ever

"Worst customer service ever. I'm using HAART for fully managed letting and deeply regret my decision. They ignore emails and calls, staff changes constantly, and they make false promises. They even deduct money for random reports that were never requested or part of the contract. Despite multiple email promises, yearly property assessments are not done. I don't know what to do. They are the worst estate agents! .
