What an irritating company

What an irritating company. If you post your property for sale with any other estate agency, they'll immediately begin to harangue you to switch. Within one week of signing up with Yopa, they were asking me to cancel the contract and go with them. A week later, another phone call and two texts. A week later, another phone call and another text. Today, another text and another phone call. Seriously Haart, leave me the hell alone.

I had to take a moment out of day to give Tom, my property manager from Haart, some well deserved praise for his continued guidance and support since moving into my flat last year. I moved to the U.K. a little over 12 months ago from the U.S. and I could never have imagined how big of an adjustment it would be, especially when it came to letting a home. I had and continue to have A LOT of questions and Tom has done nothing but be patient with me and gracious with his time. He is always so kind when we speak (although I know I must drive him insane at times!) he never acts as if I'm an inconvenience. He is responsive and tentative to all my questions and concerns, even those that probably are out of his job remit. If he doesn't immediately know the answer or solution he always takes away my queries, and comes back to once he's found a resolution. He's been so great to work with, even when I know I haven't been a walk in the park for him. Thanks again, Tom. Your patience and diligence is not lost on me.

Quite the worst experience I have ever…

Quite the worst experience I have ever had from any business. For over a year, the agent Yasser, has provided almost no service or feedback and has generally ignored emails and calls. After 2 failed sales I have learnt that for 3 months I have been lied to regarding a purchaser progressing a sale when in fact they did not even apply for a mortgage and no one checked. Worse still, Yasser lied to me, advising me he was liaising with the mortgage broker to provide information. I understand he has left the company now and since then the representative Zake has also continued to ignore emails. I requested two weeks ago 3 times since to delist and remove my adverts, and they are still online.VERY POOR SERVICE.....

Haart probably the worst letting agency.

I should have given zero start but sadly it is not possible. Haart is the worst letting agent i have experienced in my life. They are very unprofessional. They will give written commitments but will never fulfil those. They just trap the tenants and earn money. I would strongly recommend that one should avoid all the property under Haart.

Worse estate agent possible. Deposit not protected and a crooked landlord (Mr Hassan) who refused to release it until TDS were contacted. Haart couldn't contact the landlord on our behalf and failed to arrange a check out for use so the deposit was up in arms. I feel bad for the guys working there, they did make an effort but the company is set up in such a way that they were powerless to the landlord who was playing games for large amounts of my money. A re-think on who to let from is needed I think.

The staff at haart were very kind and professional especially denim as i had just walked in and within seconds he had jumped off his chair to come and greet me and introduced himself, he walked me through the many different options i had in looking for the right property, in the past i have had very bad experience's with different estate agencies but denim made me feel at home and found me the ideal studio, what was different about this experience was denim found my needs and catered to them. Amazing service and i would recommend this agency to anyone, Keep it up guys.

Keys lost. Could not give them a zero review or I would.

Keys lost. Unprofessional in the sale of our property. Wrong price of house sale, wrong description and wrong room measurements. Did not bother asking us to check the details and put it straight on the market. They were not interested in our comments just wanted a quick sale which I later found out. Lies after lies about the property. Then loosing the keys to the property and saying they would not changing the locks when they made the mistake. They made selling with them very stressful and was glad to cancel contract with them as I could not deal with such unprofessional people.

If I could score zero I would. never known an agency to drag their feet with any minor decisions. Tenant in a brand new build for 3 years and they don’t answer their phones, respond to emails- unless you leave numerous messages with their concierge team. Requested deposit back from 5/3/23 up until now still awaiting!

They got stingy and greedy landlords. When moved in they didn't give two sets of keys, no cleaning of property. After a year forced us to make new contract.Had to followup many times on mail to get fixed small issues. When it comes to money they respond quickly like a drooling animal.
