GoogleCintia- is a lovely lady I met in Haart estate agents in Clapham Common , she was very helpful with my enquiries and even went above and beyond to guide me through the step-by-step process for my house repairs, Cintia even helped me with finding an approved electrician to carry out the works needed. TrustpilotImpossible to book a viewing
I have been calling them for 3 days twice a day to try to book a viewing. Every time they say I will be called back from the letting team, but this never happens. There are also times when they don't pick the phone or the recorded voice doesn't recognise the option you're dialling. Very disappointing.

The estate agent, Denzel Mensah, was responsive, polite and helpful. He took us to view the properties in a timely and professional manner. Got there in the end but I feel that was due to me chasing for any form of an update on how my purchase was progressing. I think the level of communication could have been better overall, not bought a property before so this could be the norm, but personally would have liked a little more support, but I do understand they may be busy.

Horrible experience trying to rent a property, this property is alway available but never got sent an offer spoke with multiple agents multiple times but always ended up ghosted made for a frustrating and infuriating experience. If their attitude was this bad before renting, will probably treat rented properties they manage the same

Heating broken for nearly three months. Half the time they don't pick up the phone. The other half they say they will call you back but never do. Have also had a more mi or issue logged for four months. The only way to get things sorted is to go into their office and stand there while they sort it out.

I don't think there can be a property management team worst than Haart, it seems like a never ending nightmare. Takes several months to resolve an issue and the telephone numbers provided are fake that no one ever answers, in 3 months a call was answered once, during this time I called 3 separate offices, there is no response to emails and no one looks at the complaints received from the portal, I don't know why this business exists, I hope they get barred from trading as the level of service is beyond pathetic.

Another month has gone by with no update at all on the issues I raised at the start of October despite phonecalls, emails and me actually going into the branch to discuss. It seems Haart really don't, quite literally, have my best interests at Haart at all. Very very disappointing indeed. I would advise all potential landlords to go with another estate agent.
I am really sorry to learn of the recent difficulties that you have experienced. Please be assured that this is not the level of service in which we strive for and I understand that the Property Management Area Director has since reached out to discuss this with you further.

Gave my mums deposit to a random account in Scotland without doing any secondary checks?? A random person emailed Haart and told them to put my mums money into their account with a completely different name, address, even COUNTRY (let alone different bank details). Haart didn’t validate it in any way they just put it straight in there no questions asked??? And what’s worse is they don’t appear to be doing anything about it? They are fobbing my mum off, not even letting her talk to management. It’s a disgrace, I seriously think it’s an inside job. I’m not sure how it’s regulated but it can’t be within FCA regulation to do ZERO validation when sending large sums of money, they should be shut down. Shambles. Avoid at all costs.

An absolute joke of a letting agency. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM! Been a tenant of Haart for two years. They are the most unavailable, unhelpful and rude company to have to deal with. Your issues are disregarded and they take months to resolve ANYTHING.Don’t waste your time. Find a company that is genuinely going to care for your living situation.

I’ve rented a property from Haart the past three years just recently moved out! Left the house clean and tidy no damage! Been waiting for my deposit back now for two months! No one answer the phone! No one calls back! Just keep getting totally fobbed off from one person to another no one knows what they are doing never seen such bad management!! They take your money but they never want to give it you back! Stay clear it renting a property or buying a property!

Absolute joke. I’ve tried to get a booking for a viewing for over a week. 90% of the time no one answers the phone and when they do they tell me someone will call me back to arrange the viewing. Not once has anyone called me back. To the point I’ve lost interest in moving, I’ll just stay put to avoid having to deal with agents like this
