TrustpilotWe had issues when viewing the flat
We had issues when viewing the flat. The toilet seat was loose,the bathroom hand basin had no plug and the cooker's oven was disgusting! The letting agent saw this when I pointed it out. I felt as though I was being fobbed off when these issues were raised and reported they needed addressing. I would have thought it would have been obvious that they should check over the property before the next tenant moved in? Also the loose toilet seat posed as a health and safety hazard. I won't ever consider recommending anyone to use this particular agency. Extremely poor customer service!

I rented a property through heart not once did they do a property inspection. Had a flood from the upstairs flat that caused lots of water to seep through the walls down the plug sockets major electrical hazard. They sent out a plumber after I sent them videos of the flood nothing was done about it thank god I’m out of the property now wouldn’t recommend using heart

This office falsely marketed my property as let agreed before taking down the listing on rightmove it took over 3 days and numerous requests to remove the listing from the day I requested, they also left the property on their website without my knowledge and permission, so wonder if this a breach of data protection, I will look into that.

My daughter and her partner rented a flat from Haart Wolverhampton on the Goldthorn Hill area of Wolverhampton one of 4 flats within a house, the flat itself stated nil deposit which you feel is a good option, but they then get you to sign in to a company called FlatFair who at the end of your tenancy harass you to pay end of tenancy charges at whatever Haart want to charge on behalf of the landlord. £400 for cleaning, £170 to remove a tumble dryer etc. If you do decide to rent from them on a nil deposit please please make sure you know what you are entering into as Flat Fair are not a nice company to deal with who have little empathy or respect for tenants. Also be hugely aware of who carries out work on the property you are renting we were told Haart do repairs and in fact it was the landlord who was quiet happy for his tenants to live in mould and damp in fact all 4 of his flats was full of mould and damp causing all tenants to leave the property as soon as the contract ended, once you are in contract you are locked for 12 months and you cannot get out of it! The landlord and rental company Haart does not care one bit about their tenants, they just want it rented at any cost to people, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

awful NO ❤️ Haart agency.. you’ve bought shame on your company..Haart @ Wolverhampton & harbourneAbsolutely a disgrace to the spicerhaart group.. staff abysmal at both branches.. the only rental in our cul de sac.. & the property detioriating.& they keep requesting video evidence of issues & still take no notice . & because the tenants don’t complain about any issues, they say there’s no issues ..fine replies from compliance officers & local mp’s on speaking to these awful NO HEART agency.. you’ve bought shame on your company..landlord & Haart take the tenants money ( or governments)& devalue surrounding properties.. shame on you..

I have rang over 20 times this week. Left 2 messages for a callback with their so called concierge team. Unable to think how do people arrange viewings with them. I have bought a few with them in the past but this is atrocious.

I’d definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for a letting agency. I was able to get a very nice homely property within a short time as I had just relocated from overseas. Tried to arrange a viewing. Failed because the person I spoke to didn't have a clue how to arrange this. She said this was because she was new but that she would check with a colleague and call me the next day. I never received a call and would have been very surprised if I had. A week or so later I had a call from them asking if I was still looking for a property. I said I was and the person then told me I had not been fully registered. I told them I didn't want to be thanks and hung up. I didn't want to take a chance because a few months earlier they had called me numerous times. These calls consisted of nothing but asking after my wellbeing and going through my details again. As the title says: super annoying.

Extremely unprofessional and poor service given by Thanzil and Chris. Failed to give an update on a rental property, arrange a viewing and even get a call back! A whole week went by and no update, the result of it all was I missed out on an apartment I was very interested in. Will not bother with this branch again!

We were renting with Haart for two years. The first year our letting agent was amazing but then he left and the one we got was awful, even the manager. They didn’t listen to any of the problems we had and when we wanted to leave the property they gave us lots of problems, almost to the point of not returning our deposit. They were claiming unreasonable things to keep the deposit and only after 6 months of fighting, that we got most of it back.

Haart's property management service is an absolute disgrace! I was enticed to switch from Connell to Haart due to their boastful claims of cheaper rates and superior service, as recommended by thousands online review. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they leave one property shamefully vacant, failing utterly to secure a tenant, but their treatment of my tenants has been downright abhorrent. When faced with simple repair requests, their effort was nonexistent, and their audacity to quote a ludicrous £8000 for minor fixes is beyond ridiculous, it's outright thievery. Their audacity knows no bounds, slapping me with a ludicrous £1329.23 Severance Fee under false claims of contract breach, despite clear terms allowing me to terminate. And don't get me started on their fake reviews, a pathetic attempt to mask their utter failure. Haart is nothing but a predatory sham, exploiting clients with lies and dismal service. Stay far away from this disaster of a company!
