Sold our house via Haart/ Howard’s. Been looked after very well, great communication. One thing I would say is not to work with DC Law. I wished we went with a different solicitor. But it is what it is, you learn from this. Overall Haart has been great, keeping us up to date. Chased for us. So now is just whether we complete or not! Fingers crossed.

The Brixton office that now appears under a different name is a nightmare...more than a year ago I became ill due to a water flood in the property we have rented and both this company and the owner had the worst attitude towards my family after the complaint Before Lambeth, the work they requested was carried out but they want me to pay with the unresolved damages, it is a total abuse...they have already taken me to court, including people who do not live in the house, be very careful, read your contracts carefully and file a complaint, I trust in the law, especially if it concerns people, families that you affect.

LANDLORDS DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!! They sell you the dream then don’t do anything to justify a management fee! Don’t respond to various emails (including at supposed director level).. don’t respond to tenant issue and never check on properties - absolutely inexcusable! Far better smaller companies out there - I would happily take less rent and use them instead of these guys

Absolutely awful

The lack of communication and care throughout the last 18 months with Haart has been truly shocking. We have spent endless hours emailing and phonecalling, without response, and the customer service has made me lose all trust in the system. Chloe Bird in particular has been useless, and we've been really upset with how the whole situation has been handled. Landlords, please do your tenants the service of not using Haart!

Terrible, they falsely advertise properties as "Star Buys"for weeks after they are sold, 1stly tell me that they are having trouble with rightmove !! i pointed out that they must have problems with "on the Market " too as they are still advertised on there. i rang them again today, where they told me that the vendor still want them advertised !! Total liars.. and i'll be reporting them to the ombudsman
