Trustpilotavoid at all costs
My Mums house sale fell through after 7 months of my hard work doing their job throughout the process, complete lack of clarity throughout and didn't even let me know the buyer backed out at last moment, I found out though my solicitor - cost me over 3K in solicitors fees and costs to get paperwork for buyer having checked they were intending to go through with sale, only to receive a 2 line explanation from their solicitor. Haart still haven't contacted me... truly appalling

When I sold my last property around 3 years ago I originally went to haart , they put me onto their mortgage broker for my next move and we got completely messed around, didn’t return our calls and was extremely hard to get hold of which nearly messed up our move. We decided in the end to use a different agent. Haart then decided to call me most weeks for 2 years after I had sold that property. Surely they can see it’s been sold and it was 2 years ago?? I have just sold my next property and now they are calling me non stop again!!! I just had to call them back and have a word. Why do it? It just puts people off. I def will never use haart again . PESTS!

The management of our end of tenancy has been atrocious. They are unresponsive and causing us unnecessary stress during the process of completing the tenancy and check out. Two months and mind numbing amounts of time being spent using FlatFair and the issues are still not resolved.

Not only have I had to chase for every monthly payment over the course of a year, I have not been receiving support or even a response to some of the most basic things I needed help with. Terrible service, no transparency, no follow-ups, not to mention they messed up some of the agreements and caused confusion between me and my tenant. Would not recommend

What a waste of time Haart were for me .......... They sent me several identical letters implying that my property had been up for sale for a long time when it had only been up for a couple of weeks and suggesting that i called them for a better service etc ...... so on 7/6/24 i called them and spoke to JS / N who promised to do a drive by of my house in a day or 2 and get back to me with an idea of value/s and what their best fees would be ....... but ive still heard nothing from them ....... Is this the best that Haart can do for me and an indication of what efforts they would make if i went up for sale with or did a letting with them ?? ....

I paid holding deposit my references did go through they took my holding deposit and started blamming me at tge end for no reason to make reason for eating my £400 holding deposit they never replied my emails from start and always on phone and never replied in writing I ask many time about documents seems like they doing wrong practices.

As you know the offer was presented to the Landlord and agreed on the basis that the full referencing process would be completed and passed satisfactorily, along with the Right to Rent checks completed for you and your wife. On the basis that you refused to provide further references as required, and refused to comply with the legal requirement of Right to Rent checks, we have had to remarket the property and source a new Tenant for our client. Under the Tenant Fee Ban regulations the holding deposit has been retained, also in accordance also with the Terms of the signed offer form.

They cancelled property viewing less than 24h prior.Worst agency I've dealt with Non professional staff, they try to push they mortgage advisor who is rude and totally useless.Will be avoiding them in the future

Frustrated with the property management team that i'm dealing with. For the entire tenancy it's been difficult to get responses to emails, phone calls and left messages. Overall terrible experience with the 2 different management teams who I've been dealing with over the past year. I've called nearly every day this week with not a single one being answered or a response to my voicemail.

TrustpilotHaarts should control bureaucracy
Haarts suffer from bureaucracy in its management department which can occur in large organisations and can be extremely frustrating. I say this from many years experience dealing with haarts ( and several other agents across London). However recent dealings have been much better. Charlotte, Tatiana and Monet have each been efficient , responsive and friendly. If everyone acted like them in the upper echelons of Haarts, it would be a much more efficient company.

The first response I had was the professional and customer centered approach of the young lady I spoke to when I first contacted Haart. Following my phone call Mr Omar Hussan visited and provided information and advised me regarding the current property market. He listened to me carefully, provided the best advice. I feel confident that he is representing my interest as a seller of the property. He has been professional, reliable and understanding.
