I canceled their online valuation form before completing it and despite this I have been inundated with calls, emails and voicemails every day that I can't block due to the voicemails being automated despite never submitting the form and not giving them permission to contact me.

Tried to get information regarding a rental property via Rightmove - never had a response.Landlords - you're missing out on interest on your properties.Tenants - you'll be wasting your time trying to get a viewing and then one can only imagine how difficult communications would be if they were the managing agent for your rental.

Unlawfully withholding my deposit based of falsified claims even though I have proof and confirmation from the landlord to fully release. Non responsive to emails or calls so had to open a dispute. Currently in the process of reporting them and seeking legal advice. AVOID!

I’ve been with Haart a few years now and had some frustrating times with the communication like phone calls and responses. But for the last few months I’ve been dealing with Scott Jones and he’s been VERY helpful with all the problems especially dealing with my tenants that haven’t been paying rent on time, and Scott has successfully dealt directly with them. Hope he will continue helping me in the future.Good job Scott.

Sorry but these guys are less than good, as a landlord trying to ensure my property is in good shape they don't get back in touch and you do finally speak to someone they the most patronising people you could possibly want to talk too. My advice use anyone but these guys to manage or sell your house

The worst, absolute disaster letting agent I have come across. I have had to submit formal complaints for the past 6 months to get them to carry out what they are supposed to do as part of the ‘full management letting package’ with no end in sight or conclusion to ongoing issues.

Got a call from Maxine on the 24/11/23 at 16:17 hours whilst at my jewish synagogue during services! Why I got this cold call is beyond me? I have not had any dealings with Haart Colindale for about 10 years and did not give Maxine permission to call me. Is this not breaking GDPA regulations? Cold calling or using a person's personal information for there own means without prior consent is illegal.

Viewed property, made offer (verbally told it was good), gave all necessary details. Received from Haart, NOTHING. Followed up for 4 weeks now with phones calls, texts, emails and received absolutely NOTHING.Not quite sure what you need to do to buy a property through these folk!!

Would be zero if it were possible. Like so many landlords' reviews I would NEVER recommend haart. At branch level service was good and then you're thrown into the world of property management who are utterly useless. Like another landlord's review, when tenants left I submitted invoices, and without any discussion with me, it was agreed I should receive less than 25%...and even then I had to chase & chase for it.

These are the worst letting company. When Getting a house they are all on you but as soon as you move in. They neither reply to emails nor recieve calls.They have the worst property management.Its been a month of wait and useless promises
